That's another mod I have...it stops sims from automatically washing dishes unless they are neat. I don't really mind their occasional surprise babies either! Since I can be such a control freak it's nice to have them rebel against me(if I don't catch them and put a stop to it first hehe). You can check with MC on who aged up, though writing down would be easy as well. If you go to Demographics>Age>[select age group] it will show all sims in the age group and how many days old they are. It is a lengthy one for sure! I have some friends who are skipping some careers if they don't appeal to them so it's not like you MUST do them all. I want to go through them all personally, so I can say I've done all careers in the game! :D Good luck if you choose to do this one!

Yeah it always makes a difference for me! As my sims get older they end up with all those motive boosting LTR(except Steel Bladder cuz not using the bathroom at all freaks me out and I use Relativity to slow the motive decay).

I did not know about the Chinese incense boosting skill speed. I have not really played with WA a whole lot compared with other EPs. Definitely will be adding that to lots and houses now! :D

The Multitab is the best! It's sooo useful for gaining skills and sort of multitasking. My favorite is to have a fairy using an aura to boost skilling, listening to a tabcast and doing an activity all at once.

This is why I didn't believe all those renders of TS4 would actually look as good in game(and from what I've seen, they don't). I'd still have to replace at least the skin, cuz I hate TS3 default skin but if they looked like that from the start that'd be pretty cool. :) At this point I'd still have tons of cc on them…

Modthesims has a few themed name replacement mods as well. I had one that was sort of celtic and now the one I use is called "classy".
