Set winamp to play some mood music or a podcast, make sure my water/coffee/etc is full, and then I'm off to the races. Same here -- in the morning on an off day, I might let myself play for as long as I nurse my first cup of coffee, but then I alt-tab out to be productive before returning.

Like the amount of Sims going around with cochlear implants. Wish there was a way to disable some CAS stuff from generating on its own so the player could just add it at appropriate levels -- or, in the case of some of the 'fashion' in TS4, not at all.
