Wow, great job! You gave me a great idea for a new waterfall I want to do with the rocks from world adventures. Hmmm...
LOT SIZE ADDRESS & FINAL COST: 600 Ely Road 30x30 in Riverview, $91,416
LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS: I used the existent Skunk Haven for above ground but stripped it of most of its insides and altered the outside and landscaping a little to make room for a above ground greenhouse for when Charlie needed some protected sunlight. The greenhouse provides a lake full of fish, indoor mail and trash, and a garden chock full of fruits and veggies to harvest. The bunker, found through the spiral stairs in the greenhouse, is far ritzier than its above ground counterpart. Charlie has saved his money for years and now he is ready to live in style! There is room to sleep 4, if Charlie ever decided to take in some friends and a dining room that seats 8 if he wants to entertain. Rooms include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hallway, a laundry room, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a study, and a pool room under the first level of the bunker. The pool room sees into an inaccessible faux garden to add some outdoor atmosphere to the underground.

Finally I got to look at the builds and they are amazing!
Ashley1693 - Nice fallout shelter/bunker feel.
Lionpaws - Charlie looks great. Hope you get to finish the shelter.
mgolden27 - Love the ceiling tiles. Wish I'd thought of that for the sky especially. Love that you gave him a son.
SimiHendrixEXP - Love the colors upstairs and the modern feel downstairs.
JGrocks2010 - Love the pool and garden. Great small home upstairs.
ZYIsSims - Love the unattractive lot above to keep out hte undesireables. Love the "Cows" great coloring for them. I think it's great that you left room for the family to grow as well with a nursery.

The fallout shelter is shown after the fallout, dry, isolated and has small remnates of the old house, fireplace stairs. mail is pilled up, a water tank was built to house water, goig into the bunker you head downstairs. There is a livingroom, office, kitchen, laundy, master bedroom, and kids room on the basement floor. Also since they have kids and did not want them to have any problems adapting, they built the shelter to look like they are in a normal house. There are windows that look out to fake plants, there is a fake outdoor patio with a slide. below that a game room with a workout area, and another outdoor area with an indoor pool and barbeque area. everything a sim needs to survive the apocolypse.
LOT SIZE ADDRESS & FINAL COST: "FORT KNOX" Fallout Shelter , 2250 Pinochle Point, Sunset Valley, Final Cost: $129,733
LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS:
An extra thick roof protects the bungalow.
Alternative power facilities as well as a big freshwater reservoir and a daylight indoor vegetable garden provide for a rather convenient life.
A decontamination area right after the entrance will help first explorations outside when the time comes.
The first basement holds a master suite and a second bedroom and bath. The kitchen, dining and living area are situated on this floor.
The second basement provides a huge entertaining space with a flower garden; a storage room; laboratory; and underground scrap supply.
I almost forgot: In the kitchen you find a Multi Tab 6000, so you can read all you want and use it for anything you wish.

Hi I have built a shelter for this challenge and am brand new to Challenges. I am curious about help with pics. I have ZERO xp with uploading pics to a forum from my sims game. Can someone help me? thanks
You go ingame and take pictures of your lot. They will be sent to your launcher.
From there you can upload your pictures, be sure to give them individual names, like the name of your lot and then a number.
A story from uploaded pictures you can put together with the story tool (click 'Games -> Tools -> Create a Story')
Besides that, you can always upload your pictures to a picture hosting site, like Photobucket, ImageShack or flickr (they are free) and give the link to the pictures.

Would like advise.

Absolutely perfect....loved it!
Nikkifin - I'm sorry I can't see your story. It keeps crashing my system when I try to look at it.
Thanks! It is really a toss up between the pool and the study on which was my favorite to build, so I am glad they came out well.
