Help! Butler Shows Up At Household's Restaurant

So, I have a butler in my Sim's household. When home the butler does what he/she is supposed to do. I would say she is a big help in taking care of my Sims's infant twins & cleaning up after parties.

But when I go to my restaurant, the butler shows up there, and starts cleaning & checking for dust. Is this happening in anyone else's game?
My restaurant is new, so I'm trying to get my staff trained. But oh no, the butler is talking to my employees while they're on the job, food is stacking up and not being delivered. & then the butler starts chatting up the restaurant guests, so of course they don't sit down. Actually they do sit down and then get back up to talk and then sit down...the musical chairs. O-M-G - it's literally driving me plum crazy.

I want my butler at my Sims home, not at my Sims restaurant. I don't want to fire my butler as I like having her around the house. I just don't want her at my restaurant pestering my employees, guests, & ME.

Anyone ideas on how to solve this?

yup that's sims 4 for yea this have been happening with maid from the very beginning with retail store and then when dine out came the same happened
i keep saying the game lacks complexity but welp what do i know --_--

Before your sim goes to their restaurant, try unselecting the cleaning option until you come home.

you can only lock him in a room while in you restaurant

Also showing up at my restaurant and now is apparently stuck as I've been sent another home to fill his place, so basically two butlers, one for my resteraunt and one for my home. Wish the first would stay home though cause he is such a professional.

That's TS4! I had this issue with maids. I also ended up with two butlers once I dismissed one off the lot and when I returned another one had taken its place. I just end up not hiring either.

Try firing the second butler. Then see if that will make the first butler either return to serving at your home, or if you try to hire another butler, he may then appear.

My butler changes every time I am at my restaurant is fine when I work and do holidays but not since I opened a restaurant, each time I have to fire the new butler to get the old one back, what is the problem, it is 🐸🐸🐸🐸 frustrating
