(I like to build on that small lot on Mayfield by the small park in Sunset Valley.)
It has room for a pool with everything - slide & water fall!

It even has a small garden in back and a hot tub.

It has an open floor plan common to modern contemporary builds.

The dining area and counter seating are both close to the kitchen.

There's a nice office nook.

The living area is modern, but cozy with your favorite colors in the painting.

Downstairs has just one bedroom and bath with laundry.

Upstairs has another bedroom and bath as well as an extra room, which I made a music studio.

I hope you can use another contemporary build in one of your worlds somewhere.

Just want to show what the last couple of sim days have been like for Trevor. I'll probably continue it over on my blog.

Trevor and the house landed in Isla Paradiso and we found a 30x20 lot on a cliff:



His first day was pretty eventful, besides doing his homework and tending his garden, he may have also had a little mishap.



But Trevor handled it like a pro and put out the two fires. Unfortunately,



the rug didn't make it.

The next day, Trevor attended his last day of class



he didn't graduate with honors or anything but he did go home after buying himself a birthday cake and had a small little Birthday with just himself.



He turned out pretty good!

He needed to get himself more funds because he decided to travel the world as a Seasoned Traveller and proceeded to become a partner in the Spa and Restaurant for $200.



and then became a part time spa massage specialist as well. He may buy it out, but for now, he went home tended his garden and went to bed.

The next morning he decided to do an aptitude test



but was disappointed he couldn't get a scholarship so decides to work on more of his skills.

After doing some laundry and eating lunch he spent the rest of the day working on a comic book.

Thanks @Ciane. Really enjoying the sim and house. Just went back in to play and not only did Trevor become friends with a celebrity and mooching on the coattails of that, but he, on a whim to the grocery store bought a lottery ticket and won $50,000 O.O

Yay! Now he can go to college and not worry about a scholarship!

He could, except he adopted a kid. He was lonely after some zombies ate Old Man Spears' garden and Spears came back to visit (they had tea together). But he has plenty of time to build his skills and still go.

Aw, I think it's great he adopted a kid. And I like that he had tea with Mr. Spears as well. Sorry about the Zombies in the garden. Gotta lock those gates!

Lol. I kinda forgot about the gates. Isla Paradiso is so bright during the evening. But it all worked out. He has plenty to plant later on.
