I just checked after being gifted the Chicken Coop today. Apparently it doesn't matter which time Country Livin' pops up on the Daily Deal, you should get the awesome green download button, with one exception.
The Chicken Coop brings the CYS of Country Livin' to 600 810 sp.
Corrected math follows:
DD# 36 will cost you around 216 sp.
DD# 103 or 450 seems to bring the total to -189 sp, aka download!
DD# 384 brings the deal to 68 sp.
DD# 927 brings the deal to 122 sp.

How to use this list:

Wow, that is an incredible list - where were you when I was working on owning the store?!?
Unless it's a very rare exception (as in I can't think of any off the top of my head), you'll actually do better to skip a 3% deal unless it's the first item you're buying in the set, because you'll be losing money (if you're working toward owning the set), instead of saving anything. I may be wrong and you might want to double check the math, but I think anything with over a 9% discount is probably going to be helpful, 9% breaks even, and anything under 9 is probably a purchase you should skip (unless it's your first item in the set, of course).
Hello! I've done the Animals Abound cascade and I want to get the Best of 2010 on #242 like is mentioned on the first post. So I went to the Best of 2010 page and it gave me a huge discount for only owning Panda & Friends and Wilderness Dreaming. It wanted around 3700sp instead of original price of 5400sp. I bought on DD #969 The Complete Castle by Castle Kits for 196sp and now it wants 3035sp on the Best of 2010. So now it will give me Best of 2010 on #242 for free, right? Thank you! To get the Best of 2010 on #242 for free, you will need to get down to about 2215 SP. Check out Elianahere's calculator to find what you need. The link is on the second page of this thread (elianahere.jwhostings.net).

Here's something strange. I have a download button on The Final Frontier Set, and I can download it and install it. The store doesn't indicate that I own any percentage of it though, and it doesn't count for CYS for other sets (such as A Mid-Century Modern Trailblazer Set).

If you see an orange outline around an object, then you own it. Only if it is CYS active will you see the check mark and a percentage owned.
As a general aside if you complete a large set or compilation, you may get a blue download button on the subset while some of the items appear to still not be owned. Refreshing the page did nothing. To fix this just exit out your web browser and reboot new webpages.
@5W33TH34RT Did you purchase Into the Future from Origin? If so you get Final Frontier as a gift. They give u a code to redeem but I didn't have to. The set just showed up as free. I was then able to give the code to someone on the forum and they redeemed it. That happened with More Magic (Supernatural gift) too

OK, thanks @ehl451. According to the orange outlines, I own all of The Final Frontier Set except the Not-So-Routine-Machine. So that's why I can't complete A Mid-Century Modern Trailblazer Set.
(I don't remember ever buying any Futureshock, don't care for it, so it's all a surprise to me. I quit my browser, cleared history, logged in again, and still have a Download button on Final Frontier as well as Futureshock Loft.)

You may wish to contact costumer service to see what the bonus sets were. On Origin’s website, they list Not-So-Routine-Machine and Futureshock Loft sets separately. Maybe you only got the latter. When I preordered my limited edition disk copy, I only got the Quantum Power Pack and the Dark Industrial Set.
With The Not So Routine Machine 125 605 79% (DD# 460), A Mid-Century Modern Trailblazer Set 588 1250 53% (DD# 551) becomes Free.
Sorry @5W33TH34RT have been too busy too come on the forums much in the last couple of days and your tag of my name didn't work for some reason. I just checked my Final Frontier and all of the small objects are outlined in orange but not check marked because like ehl451 said it's not a CYS enabled set. But the large square with the Not so Routine Machine is not outlined in orange - I guess because it is the premium content. Having said all that yes, you do own it- I know I've used mine several times. I agree, I wasn't a fan of Futureshock either but then my store addiction took over, and well you know, the rest is history as they say...Anyway it does come in handy when playing Into the Future so hit that beautiful download button which will then perhaps cascade into the Mid Century Trailblazer set. Enjoy your new sets

The Final frontier set came with the future EP, I think. I got it free also. @ehl451, I think over the last several months they've increased the amount of free give-aways that come with buying an EP, especially when you buy it from Origin.

The only item mentioned that I'm concerned about is DD# 793, as it is only a 3% savings and not the first item in the chain. Every other item in this list is at least 20%.

Wow, that is an incredible list - where were you when I was working on owning the store?!?
Unless it's a very rare exception (as in I can't think of any off the top of my head), you'll actually do better to skip a 3% deal unless it's the first item you're buying in the set, because you'll be losing money (if you're working toward owning the set), instead of saving anything. I may be wrong and you might want to double check the math, but I think anything with over a 9% discount is probably going to be helpful, 9% breaks even, and anything under 9 is probably a purchase you should skip (unless it's your first item in the set, of course).

So I went to the Best of 2010 page and it gave me a huge discount for only owning Panda & Friends and Wilderness Dreaming. It wanted around 3700sp instead of original price of 5400sp. I bought on DD #969 The Complete Castle by Castle Kits for 196sp and now it wants 3035sp on the Best of 2010. So now it will give me Best of 2010 on #242 for free, right? :) Thank you! To get the Best of 2010 on #242 for free, you will need to get down to about 2215 SP. Check out Elianahere's calculator to find what you need. The link is on the second page of this thread (elianahere.jwhostings.net).

CYS wasn't activated for The Final Frontier Set.
As a general aside if you complete a large set or compilation, you may get a blue download button on the subset while some of the items appear to still not be owned. Refreshing the page did nothing. To fix this just exit out your web browser and reboot new webpages.

(I don't remember ever buying any Futureshock, don't care for it, so it's all a surprise to me. I quit my browser, cleared history, logged in again, and still have a Download button on Final Frontier as well as Futureshock Loft.)

The Final frontier set came with the future EP, I think. I got it free also. @ehl451, I think over the last several months they've increased the amount of free give-aways that come with buying an EP, especially when you buy it from Origin.
