Is Sims 4 installed on the C drive ? If it is , there is only 4.8 gb free space and that could cause issues. Try freeing up more space on that hard drive. Try uininstaling any old programs on that drive that you don't use.

i figured it out, i got a new monitor today because my old on was only ever makeshift, the game res is at 2048x1536 how do i fix that to 1900x1080?

If your game is on C, that is not enough space on hard drive to run the game.
If your game is on H drive, that is a external HDD, which, if I'm not mistaken, introduces a whole host of other issues.

Is Sims 4 installed on the C drive ? If it is , there is only 4.8 gb free space and that could cause issues. Try freeing up more space on that hard drive. Try uininstaling any old programs on that drive that you don't use.

I would not worry about the unsupported video card notice. EA has to fix that.
As @rosemow mentioned which hard drive is your game on? Your biggest problem is your hard drive space on both hard drives but especially C drive. You should be leaving at least 50 gb free at all times for this game

Have you tried freeing up space on your hard drives? Which drive is your Sims 4 installed on? The lack of free hard drive space may be preventing you from launching your game.

If your game is on C, that is not enough space on hard drive to run the game.
If your game is on H drive, that is a external HDD, which, if I'm not mistaken, introduces a whole host of other issues.
Which drive is your game playing on, so the people that have offered to help you, know the best way to help you.
Just make sure whatever hard drive you keep this game on to have at least 50 gb free at all times.
