Spring has sprung! Roundheaded and I want to celebrate spring with you by offering a few chances to win that new Live, Laugh, Love set (and/or other store goodies). We also offer games, stories, random gifts, lotteries, and lots of fun!

First, (lottery number one), share a picture of an egg (from real life, game, web, or a graphics program like Paint or Photoshop) and its story for our Easter tree. (Make up a story if you don't have one.) We would love to see one entry from each of you to make our tree really awesome AND we plan to hide some of these throughout the forum next weekend (for an Easter Egg hunt and more chances to win prizes)!

Second, (lottery number two), share a screenshot of your Sims enjoying spring in some way and tell us about it. It can be anything from a simple caption to a convoluted story. (We love stories, so be as creative as you like, and yes, you can Photoshop them and/or use poses if you like.)

Third, (lottery number three), share any fun fact, video, story, joke, picture, etc. that fits our celebration of spring and Easter theme. (This NEW category is brought to you courtesy of Priscapup! Thank you, Priscapup! You rock! ... Priscapup just got her first rec badge and is working towards the next one. *HINT HINT* Her studio is here.)

Last, but not least, there will be games throughout the rest of this week and the coming week, so check in often.

An Egg (Story) to share...

It was a week or so away yet and what was to come from this shiney foiled little egg. It was oh so young and fresh, too young yet! Mother had told it to stay wrapped up warm, to wait a little longer and then it would be ready to be brought forward into the Warm Bright World of some fun loving child or not so young child but young at heart person

So the little foiled egg waited and waited to be unwrapped...



While he waited he popped on his shiny pj's, Easter bunny was his favourite wear, he dreamed of how wonderful it would be to hang on an Easter Tree, would he be lucky enough to hang and be admired by so many little eyes and hands. He was nearly bursting his wrapper in anticipation! It was every eggs dream...

This he would have to wait and see 0-0 so he huddled in and tucked himself away beneath his foil so he would remain fresh and his yolk golden and perfect ready for the plucking of some childs shear delight...

My story is simple; every year it would be a tradition for me to have the same wooden egg which opened in half and was filled with smaller eggs.



What I'd really like in the Easter egg department would be a Faberge egg, but I can't see that happening anytime soon!!



Please don't put me in any of the lotteries etc or Stevie will not be happy, I just wanted to share with you.

Just thought I would share my Wendy egg. My mom's girlfriend made this for me when I was a wee babe. It is very fragile and I'm still surprised that it has several all these YEARS (nearly 50) throughout numerous moves.

Hi Wendy!! I love your egg and how you've managed to keep it safe, I'm forever breaking things!

Well as you know computers and me don't mix so they are googled eggs, but my egg was the size of a *normal* sized chocolate egg and the outside of it was decorated. I think it was old and have no idea where it went to.

I know roundy I've wanted a Faberge egg since I was a little girl!

The Egg That Wanted to be a Hero

There was a egg that was made by a little boy on Easter morning. He at first was just a ordinary hard boiled egg. While resting on the colored grass from a Easter basket he saw the little boy playing a video game about super heroes. The eggs imagination started to wonder as he thought about what it would be like to be a super hero. The egg thought to himself, I could fly and save the good guys from the evil monsters.I could be really strong as well and save the damsel in distress. As the egg watched more he took on the story that he was seeing and transformed into the Egg super hero.He fought along side of the boy as he played and beat the Evil Monster at the end of the game. After the video game the little boy took the egg and made a cape and flew him across the room having adventures of a super hero. The once ordinary egg became a True Super Hero!

This was actually made by my mum for my nephew he is spiderman man!! he sleeps eats and breaths spiderman lol bit hard for my sister as he tries to jump around like spiderman XD
My mum is a fantastc woman at making things like this, when we (me and my sisters) were younger we never missed a dressing up day or anything my mum could make. Easter egg bonnet parades was my fave we won so much my teacher pulled me and my mum aside and explained that its only fair other kids won something :P
She even made me go to school dressed as a scarecrow from wizard of Oz for a book day...i was dropping straw everywhere i went lol i won the main prize throughout the school, i won anybook i wanted i think it picked the biggest book there which was a harry potter book and vouchers :O)
Lol sorry i didnt actually have a story just wanted to share some memories and share how awesome my mum is :O)
