The seasons related traits like Loves the Heat and Loves the Cold...while those traits are relatable due to us all having a preference they don't really do much for the sims themselves, so I feel like those options could have been replaced with something better.
@mw1525 Wow. Kidnapping babysitters - that takes "kleptomaniac" to a whole new level. And also reaffirms that I made the right vote. :D It's actually strangely interesting for storytelling purposes. Like would the children just disappear or simply be taken to the NPC's home - assuming babysitters live in the town and…
@Sleepstar now that you mention it, I agree 100% that Bridgeport is ideal for single sims or small families while Starlight Shores is better suited for larger families. Great point
Someone mentioned kidnaping. I didn't know babysitters could do that! Ironically, I think they would bring my twin toddlers roght back after 5 minutes of being alone with them.
In the town of Moonlight Falls, there is a civil war raging involving humans against supernaturals. The humans feel threatened by the increasing population of supernatural beings in the town (particularly vampires), and they formed an alliance with the witches under the agreement that the local witch coven leaders would…
Beautiful! There are several reasons why I want to visit France. Notre Dame is one of them. I hope you find a way to share this because I'm salivating to have it in my game :D
Supernatural is a big one for me but I think Generations and Seasons are just as good if not better. Those would be the essential top 3 that I would recommend. Into the Future is nice...I have it but I haven't really explored it yet although the technology it comes with is very nice. Hope that helps
- I'll have to keep that in mind as my family grows. - That's hilarious but could be frustrating with crying toddlers that need tending @IreneSwift - I appreciate your tips! @igazor True, live-in help is definitely definitely going to be an option in the near future.
EA Worlds: Moonlight Falls Bridgeport Lucky Palms Midnight Hollow Custom Worlds: Moon Valley Legacy Island III Storybrooke Honorable mentions: Praaven (but it needs to be fixed) Falls Cove (would be my ABSOLUTE ABSOLUTE favorite - but I would recolor it so that the mountains and grass were all the same color which I would…
It's usually accidents like that which send us down paths in gameplay that end up revealing just how much TS3 has to offer. I actually still have a lot to learn about the game and I have been playing for years. Albeit with breaks every now and then
I will definitely check those mods out as well. I'm always on the lookout for supernatural mods to try so thanks for mentioning them. :) Oh ~ And I hope you were ultimately successful at bringing back the girlfriend.
Oh thanks, I see the list of error files now - and yes I think it is most likely one of the older mods from one of those sites. I'm currently going through them and narrowing the list of suspects. I will hopefully have an update within the next hour. Would I be allowed in this forum, do you think, to mention the offending…
Wow - You responded faster than I could say "Where is igazor?" So thanks! Where would the script log file be? Also - I just tried something. I moved the entire sims 3 folder to my desktop (to preserve my mods, custom content, saves, etc) and started the game again so that a new folder could spawn. It did and so I tested…
That's actually a very good point. Starlight Shores is definitely more lively than Bridgeport and crowds aren't hard to find. Btw, I am glad that everyone seems forgiving of the fact I mispelled Starlight Shores in the title of the poll. It's been a long time since I played either town. I have been developing a legacy…
Just letting you all know that I requested that a sims music mod be made that would override the sims 3 music and a very talented modder granted my wish. They created a sims 1 music override mod and their original sims 2 music mod. Enjoy - and remember that modders spend a lot of time to create these things that make our…
I agree lol I am about to try that myself I agree but honestly seeing how much people love fairies - wings and all - is making me want to reconsider my general distaste for their fancifully fluttery foolery
