I don't know what causes the glitch. It has only happened to me once before. This time I think it was triggered by Wogan fighting a burglar and being interrupted by the police as that was the only thing that had happened just before it started. Now that I think about it, the other sim it happened to had the brave trait and I always have burglars ... could be something to do with that then :roll:
@BuffySpiker and Asterravos: He is like superman to me as well. It took me a long time to be able to call him Nathaniel (or Nate as I call him now). I make sure he is well protected in my towns. He's living next door to my sims in this game and he gets invited over from time to time to eat his favourite meal of tri-tip steaks even though my boys don't eat it I think I became more comfortable calling him by name now that I have a thread on him
Okay who is this Nathaniel sim? I went back a few pages to see but there are so many...... What world is he in?

I'm going to be busy the rest of the week because I have to help out at a church So I won't have any time to post, but when my mom tells me to read something I can read over all the posts and pictures I missed . I'll be back on Saturday. Bye Bye
A bunch of pics, so I think a slide show is in order.
A weekend for my sims after a Friday night fire. I sent them out for a family outing at my video arcade. Games, took some photos with the kid, and then sent them out to the diner for a bit. Unfortunately their daughter somehow failed to get in the car. I simply sent her home to eat leftover pizza.
I then turned the evening into a parent's night out. They went gambling and did very well while their daughter played with her imaginary friend and worked on her potions skill.
@Mikezumi -- You're welcome! Hopefully mine turn out alright..I guess we'll see what I can come up with it.
@Bobby31998 -- I hope you have a great time helping out the church. I'll miss your posts! Oh, just to let you know I ended up purchasing Alice: Madness Returns and I love it! Thanks for letting me know how awesome it is!

Ahhh ok. I couldn't think of any other interactions that triggered that annoying point and laugh reaction so couldn't imagine why it was plaguing you. I guess sim police just ruin everything! Mine rarely catch the burglar.

That is an amazing house. I also get inspiration from seeing other people's creations and pictures. It's helped me with making better builds for sure! 8)

@asterravos - Do I see a gambling problem in Lydia's life? I like the hopeful expression on Lydia's face in the second pic I quite like slot machines myself, but since becoming a mother I don't like to waste money on myself I actually built an indoor park for my vampire boys because I wanted them to be able to have fun fishing and stuff while the kids were at school. Also, considering they are vampires, the game seems to want them to live normal people hours ... what's up with that? :roll: It's not a fancy park, but it has two lakes filled with fish, bug spawners, chess tables, grills, picnic tables, dollhouses and benches. I put lots of flowering bushes around the place and it is two stories of those large glass windows that take up 3 squares with no floor between the two floors.

A ton of stuff has been happening in my game lately. John johnson died of old age and never made it to the top of his career. Mary Ann is doing well as a widow and will be a grandma soon. Maxwell johnson just got married to Holly Alto. They are currently expecting their first child. Mary Ann's and Johns 2nd child Fred is insane and scares off everyone he meets. I was originally going to have holly marry friend instead of maxwell but their first meeting didn't go well. As a result she's with maxwell. With Holly joining the johnson family, they were able to buy a larger more expensive house. Everyone is doing well....except fred of course, and I'm planning on moving the family to Moonlight Falls when SN gets released.

@2fast: The gnomes are "Crastan Boonitz the Magic Gnomes" a magician and came with Showtime along with the Lounge Lizard Gnome. He just showed up with the genie (when the genie started using his powers). I love your buildings, and your toddlers are so cute, their eyes, so bright, and the colour! wow!
Ohhh well i do have showtime and only messed with the singing career. and the singing gnome is soooo ANNOYING :shock:

When you get to like level 5 I think in the medical career track you have the option to either take it yourself or give it to someone else. The interaction is called 'Try experimental medical procedure' or something like that. That's probably not it because it's a pill, not a procedure...

I've had them set on fire before, but most of the time it says stuff like "Wow! I really needed that!" But you don't get a moodlet or anything.

I was so confused when horses started spawning in town.
The horses were spawning there because there's INDOOR FISHING!!!!!1! in Lucky Palms. So cool, I hadn't seen this before (anywhere, not just in LP).

Go to my other sim at the junk yard and it looks like major fog. I'm in Lucky Palms and they don't have fog there.
I exit my game and I'm about to go back into it but I'm scared to death something horrible is wrong. Wish me luck :shock:
