Annoucement:
If anyone would like a second room or someone who has not claimed/entered a room yet would like to build, then, we had the living room --- [a different property] (Not the dark blue or red set (tell me which property/set) and the B&O Railroad kids' room available .
Please see the brief on p. 63 of this thread for more details --- #3 is the living room, and #9 is the kids' room.
@coolsim9999999 The railroad bedroom features so many items to evoke the idea of a railroad, great job! The half bath is cute, with the little pipe in the corner for the Water Works.
I just started a bad cold yesterday . However, I'll feel better by February 28 to stream. I'll find out when @JojoMOMSTER can come to it, and let you know when the stream will be. Sorry for the delay about the stream time.
I'm really glad that you like my Reading Railroad bedroom and the items I chose to make it look like a railroad, and how I included the pipe in the Water Works bathroom @Lissykin .
Thanks a lot for the get well soon wishes @Lissykin !

I'm about to post the study - I can do the other kid's room too. Got to figure out what keeps showing as modded. I removed More Visible Wall Objects and I know I didn't use any of my build sets or recolors.
Thanks so much @SimTresa ! I can't wait to see your study when it's ready ! Thanks for claiming the B&O Railroad Kids' room ---- I'll tag you for it in the brief post !

You're welcome! I think I'm going to lean into the black/white theme.

Creative notes about your room: As soon as I saw the investor's study on the list, I knew it had to be red, a power color. So it has plenty of red accents and ecor amid the black and white. This is the study of a rich man who likes sleep, modern pieces but also loves to say he owns and uses priceless antiques. The bar in the corner is a great spot to entertain visitors over drinks, and he has a big TV so he can watch the stock reports in privacy. Sure he can do it on the computer, but he's a little old-fashioned that way.
Back Story:
Images: It probably would've made more sense to have a chess table than a card table in the study, but it's Atlantic City - and there's at least one Casiono on South Indiana Avenue. This is represented by the card table and jukebox, which kind of looks like a slot machine. There are actual slot machines made to look like jukeboxes. The model train on the shelves is a nod to Monopoly.
Please Include:
Inverstor’s Study is a lovely stylish room! @SimTresa The red, black and white colours suit well the study of an investor. The design and layout are very nice. The study desk and shelving area design is lovely and very nice bar counter area to have drinks with visiting sims. The jukebox to reflect a slot machine is a great idea and lovely sitting corner.
This is a beautiful study for Mr. Monopoly, @SimTresa ! I love your Monopoly history/Atlantic City vibes and how Mr. Monopoly is old-fashioned with an air of modernity ! I'll bet that Mr. Monopoly had an inside way to get that TV in 1935 (4 years before it was exhibited at the 1939 World's Fair with FDR addressing the nation there. Thank you for entering my challenge !

Creative notes about your room: This is a small, gender-neutral bedroom decorated in black, white and gray. I didn't include too many toys since there's a playroom, but the room does include a toybox and some skill items plus wall decor that fit the color theme. The custom bookcase under the bed is one I've used before, so I know it's routable - it's just stacked DHD cubbies with books on them.
Back Story: The B&O (Baltimore and Ohio) railroad was the first common carrier railroad and the oldest in the United States, It operated from 1830 to 1987, when it was merged into the Chessie System.
I figure this room might belong to the older child.

B&O Bedroom is a lovely kids room! @SimTresa The black, white and grey colours are very nice and lovely furnishing. The toy box corner is great and very nice study desk and bookcase nook under the bed.

This is a great kids' room @SimTresa ! I agree that it's probably for the older child because Short Line is the other kids' room, but if both are for the same age kid, then, that's fine because we can just pretend they're twins! I think there are just enough toys in the room and child skilling objects ! It looks really nice in black and white with some gray. Thanks for letting me know that the bookcase is playable. That's a very good idea) ! Thanks for entering my challenge!

Yay! Keep the Monopoly History coming! Hype!
You're very welcome. This was a fun challenge. Hehe, I like the idea that they're twins. Can't wait to see what @Aaleyn has in mind.
