Thanks @Aaleyn and welcome to my challenge ! I'm so happy you want to participate ! It is the Short Line kids' bedroom --- if this is the one you meant (see the below screenshot) next to the "community chest" room that's for decoration?
Railroads should be black and white (like in the game) --- although a pop of color for Short Line or B&O would be fine --- after all there is a red pillow on the bed that I used a placeholder bed (you can change the bed if you want, I just thought it looked "railroady due to the metal head and foot board ."
@coolsim9999999 Yes, that's the room that I meant - which you showed in the screenshot; Ok, it's the Short Line Kids' Bedroom, thanks
Ok, so the colors are mainly black & white, and I can use red as a pop of color?
It'll be fun to decorate the room

ok cool! I signed you up for the Short Line kids' room on the brief @Aaleyn ! Yes, the colors should be mainly black and white, and if you keep that bed (your choice) you may use a pop of red --- or, if you go with another bed, then, you may use a pop of color that makes more sense it, instead .

Creative notes about your room: Given the value of the property in the game and that the location was actually a park; I designed my dining room with many plants, flowers and even gave it a fountain. I tried to make the room as luxurious as possible, making sure to use plenty of blue. I was especially pleased that the chairs actually look like a game card Back Story:Park Place was based off a small park in Atlantic City, which no longer exists. At the corner of Park Place and Boardwalk in Atlantic City stands a plaque commemorating Charles Darrow, the inventor of Monopoly. Images: one screenshot showing most of the room
Park Place Dining is very beautiful! @AlJay The floral wall pattern, plants and leafy curtains are very nice, and pretty flowers and candles on the tables. The furnishings and the layout are lovely! Very nice cakes table and teaset area.

Creative notes about your room: A simple kitchen inspired by the Electric Co., this room features a yellow/gold/black/white color scheme and multiple appliances to 'monopolize' flavor. lol
My design theme hopefully loosely reflects the style around the time that Monopoly was first made into a mass produced board game, 1935.

Electric Co Kitchen is a lovely kitchen! @Lissykin Very stylish design and elegant black, white, gold and yellow colours. The floor and wall patterns are very nice. The furnishing is lovely and great stove tops and stools counter.
I think I found your 4 items to represent how much you have to pay by rolling the dice --- if only one utility is owned (the bar stools, right?) @Lissykin
This is my second room. It is done. Room Name: Water Works Details:
Water does work in this Water Works half bath! It has 10 rolls of toilet paper and 4 bottles of soap to represent the need to multiply what you roll by 4X and 10X if both utilities from the game are owned. Art of a tub faucet to represent Water Works by my Sim, the Monopoly Man.
Waterworks is a great vintage bathroom @coolsim9999999 :)Very nice wall pattern, and the number of toilet rolls and soap used to reflect the game is great.
Sleepin' on the Readin' is a lovely bedroom! Very nice red, black and gold colors, and lovely furnishing. The circles railway tracks rugs are very nice.
Thank you so very much, @rosemow for your awesome reviews of my Water Works half bath and bedrooom ! I'm very happy you like the wall covering in the bathroom and the number of TP rolls and soap dispensers I used to give a nod to the game ! I'm glad you like the red, black and gold color scheme that I used in the bedroom, as well as the way that I furnished the room, as well as the railway track rug art !
I just started a bad cold yesterday . However, I'll feel better by February 28 to stream. I'll find out when @JojoMOMSTER can come to it, and let you know when the stream will be. Sorry for the delay about the stream time.
