@Umbreon12 I agree, the clothes from Journey to Batuu can be used for many ocassions.
The Boys and Rubyn wore them during their Jungle Adventure and it matched so well with the environment of the pack.
Those look great for Jungle Adventure! I never thought of dressing my Sims for that.
I have used the combination of base game, Snowy Escape, and Journey to Batuu clothes to complete the outfit for my Sims based on the series I read.
Agnon really called Bella.. all the way from galaxy far far away.. asked her on a date.. well Bella picked Sulani beach as "romantic" getaway... but he was horrible

Sea may rise, sky may fall, My love will never die..
My heart, my heart, My drowning heart, Oh all the tears I've cried
Oh I may weep forevermore, My love will never die..
Do Knights of Ren ride side saddle because of their robes?
Sooo, this all started with the "Which aspirations do play the least" thread, when I noted that I had yet to complete a Batuu aspiration, despite playing the pack quite often. I started a Batuu themed save and when I got Horse Ranch a week later, it was only natural to combine the themes. Beasts of burden are a common sight in Star Wars frontier towns, so I think my "Batuu-hooves" (grey one: thoroughbread variant, brown one: work horse variant) fit the setting. No cc was used (just a teleporter mod to get them to Batuu).
@SERVERFRA It is possible with one caveat: The horses get sent home during every loading screen. I must summon them back with a teleporter mod (Andrew's teleporter statue, currently also requires an updated MCCC, if I understood that right). The same goes for cats and dogs, in case you want them with you, too.
@EnkiSchmidt, there needs to be a mod for pets to be in Batuu. Awe, nuts. I'm only a vanilla player. Wa,...
Oh well, moving on. But thanks for letting me know.

I looked and found this on reddit:
You have to find the sim's ID by using the cheat code sims.get_sim_id_by_name (First Name) (Last Name) (ex: sims.get_sim_id_by_name Monthy Python)
Then you summon the sim to your current lot by using that ID in place of simID in the cheat code sims.summon_sim_to_zone simID
I expect testingcheats needs to get activated first.
A user reported that the cheat didn't work for them, but maybe it's worth a try?
I'm at a point in the questline where my First Order sim learned about a mole in the First Order. I don't know yet if that was just flavor text or an important plot point. In any case, the First Order sims made a list of suspects and that list included Lt. Agnon, just to be thorough. Next thing they went to watch all the suspects. Guess what they saw when keeping the tabs on Agnon? This:
A random resistance member entered the First Order headquarters as if it was nothing, lingered around, exchanged a few casual words with Lt. Agnon and then left again! Now this piles suspicion on the Lieutenant!
Fun fact, I liberally use mods and could actually arrest Agnon by making a copy of him playable and then changing the appearance of the default Agnon to simulate him getting replaced (I had a female Kyle Ren once and the game didn't complain).
Fun fact 2: One of my First Order sims is an actual mole (aka working through the resistance questline in secret), but he avoided drawing suspicion so far.
Close enough, I suppose. I present to you: The IT-interrogation droid in the Sims 4 artstyle:
You know the dazed moodlet sims get when they get arrested by the First Order? This little guy is responsible for that moodlet. He's evil, a music lover and a perfectionist and the newest addition to my Batuu cast.
The poor vendor was visibly nervous when IT-08 floated in and said "I have QUESTIONS about the menu."
At this point I don't know yet what to do with him other than let him occasionally escape the First Order HQ and explore the town.
The black streaming drone would be suitable for this role, but unfortunately I haven't found a way to smuggle one to Batuu, so I resorted to cc.
@Oldeseadogge Yes, a hat, specifically. Once selected in CAS, the hat makes the sim wearing it invisble. That also means that the droid will always float at a sim's head height. Since the droid performs all the head animations, a nice bobbing up and down effect will occur in conversations, which is pretty much the only way such a sim can emote.
If Free Will is enabled, the droid will eat and shower. Showering causes his sim body to resurface while in the stall/tub. Eating will make the dish float in front of the droid.

Oh, horses are totally canon in Star Wars! In as much as anyone who feels that Ewoks: Battle for Endor and Caravan of Courage is canon anyway (and I certainly do!)
WIP for an officers' casino for my Batuu save. The First Order prides itself in being better (more organized and less corrupt) than the Empire, so for their standards this location is already pretty decadent. In time the owners may even add, gasp!, colorful rugs and wall hangings.
Outside view. Lot "Batuu Bar" originally by Zar2301, I zoned it as a lounge for now, but might even make it private (residential) when things become too crowded.
Overview
Bowling isn't just entertainment, right? It's totally useful for targeting training!
A detail I spent way too much thought on is the cannon in the chamber in the lower right. It points at the entrance through a one-way window (from the police career) and is accessable only via a VIP door. I don't know what will happen if a premade celeb actually makes it through the roped door, because there is only an empty 2x4 room and then the cannon room behind it.
Close up of the center table. The microphone is required for a lounge, I positioned it to make it look as if rousing speeches would be given here.
The Governor, his son, the dubious PR manager/double agent/sort of a Jedi and IT-08.
The purpose of this lot is to give my Governor a location where he can sell mixology drinks as a "work from home" replacement of the Mixologist career (that he cannot join because he is already in Politics). When he manages to sell drinks worth 100,000 simoleons through his inventory, I gift him the mixology aspiration bonus trait. He also dabbles in juice fizzing, nectar making and cauldron alchemy (at home).
The Governor's honor guard. These sims will join the officers' club so that I can summon them. The two rightmost sims have various outfits in their unused slots that I can copy onto any townie who enters, making them into First Order officers or stormtroopers.

@Ellupelluellu Thank you! I'm a bit concerned about crowds in the bowling area, but we'll see.
@Oldeseadogge You're correct, it's the chamber to the lower left. It's only to the right when one looks at the entrance, that must have confused me.
@mightysprite
Ensign Dree (the PR manager): "Lord Sonderan, mind your words! That's not betting, that's an exercise in risk-reward analysis that the officers will benefit from in the field."
Governor Sonderan: "That kind of *beep* is what I have YOU for on my staff."
There's a Rank the GPs thread up currently, and I took the liberty to just count the rank given by everyone who didn't put Batuu last.
Of 12 GPs (with rank 1 being the best and 12 the worst), Batuu's thusly adjusted rank was 8.2 (6,7,8,10 and 10). I think that's fair for what the pack offers (and doesn't offer). Agree? Disagree?
I agree. I was one of the tens. Not because I dislike it but other packs just had more relevance for me. Now if it had been a choice between the occult packs, Strangerville, and JTB, JTB would have been number one for me. Or tied with Realm of Magic.
Batuu is so superior to Strangerville that one might as well not exist. The world is a sad joke, the story is one and done. Only good parts are some of the CAS & BB. Batuu has so much more to offer on every count.
My Black Spire's First Order district now has an evening school courtesy of a misunderstanding.
The localized quest text says:
"The locals don't understand what a lucky break our being here is for them. Give them an education, maybe then they will appreciate us more... and join us."
The german phrase used was "bilde sie aus", what means "train them to get a degree" and so I was surprised when the actual quest steps included only "recruit two sims into the first order" and "report back", with no task whatsoever relating to mentoring in a skill or training together.
Then it hit me that "bilde sie aus" might have been a mistranslation. Maybe the original quest text had read "educate them", as in "educate them about how good First Order rule is for them"? No classroom session at all required in this case, just a couple of deep conversations! The correct translation in this case would have been "kläre sie auf" (engl. "enlighten them") instead of "bilde sie aus" (engl. "give them an education") - they're two different things.
Or maybe I'm overthinking this, it wouldn't be the first time.
In any case I'm patiently waiting for Lt. Agnon or Kylo going ballistic on my poor sims for misinterpreting their instructions.
Yeah, that ended badly. The little droid you can see floating in front of the blackboard doesn't have a high First Order rank. He and the civillians got run out out of the cargo hall by an officer and lined up at the wall. (I've seen such mass arrests before, but they are rare.) The droid also had the "busted" scared moodlet from being in a restricted zone.
When my droid got ID-checked, he suddenly rammed into the officer with his spikes - ouch! A brawl ensued that left the officer unconscious, and as if that hadn't been humiliating enough, at this point Lt. Agnon walked past the mess.
My human sim botched the next quest, then got a few succeful ones in and reached rank 4 in the First Order, so her career is still intact. But the droid seriously considers defecting. He had only done what he'd been told, how could that be wrong?!

Upper left: Mua Pel'am Military Base Vs. Black Spire outskirts homestead (the main sims' home lots)
Upper middle: Space privateer Captain G. Reed Vs. Government member Gavin Dree
Upper right: Lt. Daniel PL-600 Vs. Daniel O'Malley the scoundrel
Lower left: Hank Anderson with R6-TV Vs. Hank Sonderan with Sumo
Lower right: Cole Anderson dueling Daniel Vs. Connor Sonderan mock-battling Gavin
Also, the old save was 90% scripted story with very little gameplay. The new one will be more gameplay focused with just a few story chapters.

The pictured droid is a costume for a regular sim. It's one of the first pieces of cc I downloaded when it was still basegame, I think. There's an updated version for Seasons that still works: https://modthesims.info/d/573160/s-a-m-sim-activated-machine.html
