Inspiration for this hotel came from several different real hotels located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. AND, yay Me....I only used 2 items from the store, a very rare thing in my builds, haha!
This charming and historic boutique hotel offers the perfect stay for relaxation on the island and can accommodate up to 60 guests. The property consists of three separate buildings with nine private guest rooms decorated in period-style furnishings. Each guest room has a different layout, is uniquely decorated and is equipped with a TV, a coffee maker, a mini fridge and a private bathroom. Some rooms also feature desks, balconies and fireplaces.
A courtyard patio welcomes you to the property featuring cozy seating and outdoor heat lamps for your comfort on those chilly nights. You’ll find the check-in desk and lobby in the main building, which features a spacious lobby living room with fireplace, a dominoes table and a computer desk. Six of the guest rooms can be accessed from the lobby and the other three guest rooms are located above the bar/restaurant building.

Anchors Aweigh Buffet Restaurant: featuring sushi, kids’ meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner with the option to dine inside or al fresco on the patio
The Undertow Bar: Bar, darts, juke box and arcade games (interior connects with Anchors Aweigh Restaurant)
The Mariner’s Library: a quiet place to play chess or read a book alongside the cozy fireplace
Fitness center: work out with treadmills, weight machines and training dummies
Small pool: private fenced pool with loungers and umbrella seating
Covered Hot tub and set to a hot temperature
Horseshoe pit
Bike racks and free car parking
Hidden resort towers in basement offering room service

Anchor Inn is a very lovely luxury hotel! It is such a very detailed build! The design and layout are very great! Each guest room is furnishished very lovely with very nice colours, and it is special that they are named after whaling ships. Very nice courtyard area. The pool, outdoors sitting and hot tub patio is very nice. The bar and games room is very nice and very lovely design of the restaurant.
It would have involved a lot of enjoyable simming building and furnishing work!

You can see the thought evident in the furnishing used. The common areas are just as impressive. And the amount of detail both inside and out. Gorgeous landscaping and feature areas. Can’t chose a fav… each area and room is special. You’ve indeed captured the feeling of historic dignity and charm with this lot. Well done! 🌟

Oyster Pearl is the happenin’ place in Cape Albacore where you can dance, eat, drink and swim until the wee hours of the morning. There are two hot tubs and two pools for you to enjoy, featuring a swim-up bar, a diving board, a slide and a waterfall. Dance to your heart’s content on one of the two dance floors, each with cool lighting and special effects. Hang out in multiple seating areas – dining tables, lounge chairs, private cabanas, or the rooftop deck where you can sit by the fire or use the self-service bars. Other features include a bubble bar, a photo booth, a few arcade games, popcorn machine and stereo speakers mounted throughout. For your convenience, showers are provided in the restrooms. All plumbing is upgraded.

I had fun designing each bedroom with the colors, decor, layout what I was going to name each room, lol. I'm so glad you like the hotel and think it's charming, as that was what I was going for.

If you're hungry for seafood, then this is the place to eat where you can experience all of our delicious shellfish creations. You can grab a quick bite at our front counter or have a seat in the dining room and order off our chef's menu. While dining, feast your eyes on our giant aquarium, the ocean wall mural and the fabulous views from inside the restaurant and outdoors on our two patio decks. There is also a professional bar in the dining room and a koi pond out front. No CC or CAP and all plumbing is upgraded.
A cozy little two-story house for the beach area and just steps to the water. Decorated in bluish/greenish/turquoisey colors throughout, it features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a powder room, laundry area, and a loft space. The main living space has a fireplace and is open concept and the primary and guest bedrooms (or kids’ room if you prefer, can switch out a bed for a crib, etc.) are located upstairs. Take in the peaceful views of the bay while relaxing on your upper deck outside the primary bedroom or play some chess, BBQ or dine al fresco on the lower deck. You can also dip your toes in the sand and relax in the loungers near the beach. Includes two bikes and a horseshoe pit. Everything is upgraded, no cc or cap.
A family that loves water activities will love this secluded beach home at 10 Skipjack Tuna Trail featuring a large deck with a fishing pier, a boat dock with two boats, a trampoline, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating, chess and multiple balcony decks. Once inside you’ll see the great room has lots of windows to capture the ocean view. There are 4 bedrooms (primary, teen girl room, a boys’ room and a girl nursery), 4 bathrooms, a laundry room and a loft area that overlooks the great room. Out front there’s also a bike shed for the family to store their bikes. Everything is upgraded. (Note: there's quite a bit of store content on this lot, including the accessories for a baby.)

Lighthouse Amusement Park is located on the island’s lighthouse area with fantastic views of the water. Your simmies will have all kinds of fun riding the roller coaster that loops round the park and rides straight through the lighthouse. Climb to the top of the lighthouse to check out the views; along the way there’s levels where you can stop to snack on some goodies or grab some beer and catch what’s on the TV. There’s more fun to be had at the carousel, the rock climbing walls, the horseshoe pits, the fire walk, the haunted house, a roller skating rink, an arcade with billiards, karaoke and games, a playground for the kiddies, face painting booths, kissing booths, photo booths, love inspector booth, gnubb game, hot dog and pie eating contests, apple bobbing, BBQ grills, lots of food options and public restrooms.

A simple one-story beach house that’s perfect for a single sim or a couple; even has the necessities for a pet cat. The bedroom and attached bath are just off the front entrance, along with the living room and a powder room. The living room looks into the dining room and the cozy kitchen and laundry room has access to the outdoor porch. The porch has a grill and small dining table, with loungers and a fire pit in the sand. A great place to enjoy those sunsets! Everything is upgraded, no CC.
Come tie the knot at Arboretum Gardens Wedding Park and choose either a daytime or nighttime wedding. You can even customize your wedding colors. Our ocean view or starlit skies form a beautiful backdrop behind the wedding gazebo and will provide some beautiful photographs. After exchanging vows under the gazebo, the wedding couple and guests can head over to the covered reception area for some buffet food, chocolate tasting, drinks and dancing. We have separate restroom facilities in the Arboretum patio, each with a room for the bride and groom to get ready in. While you’re visiting the wedding park, you’ll want to take advantage of touring the Arboretum or hunting for fairies. There’s even a fairy bungalow inside the Arboretum building for your fairy guests. All plumbing is upgraded.
