I keep a huge list of names, but I file them into different categories, for different parents. I have a list of names for evil sims and a list for good sims. I have separate lists of names for spellcasters, mermaids, romantic names, and even lists for sims that are into things like music, cooking, and gardening ... I get a little obsessive with my name lists.
Am I the only English-speaker who learned their letters with the Alphabet Song when they were a tiny kid and thought that Elemenopee was a very special letter-word? I was devastated to learn the much more mundane truth. But happily, here is my Elemenopee (L, M, N, O, P) addition.

We don't have surnames but we usually use our dad's name as a surname, so your female sim could be Melur Wira, and the dad would be Wira Kacak. Kacak would be Melur's grandpa.

Adding my remaining names so far. Some of the ones I had were already added to the main list (by myself or others), so that made my latter lists a bit shorter.
During my sims 3 challenge legacy, I had a theme for every generation. The last one had two, with one heir having pirate-themed children and the other 13th century names. So for pirates, there was Flint, Drake, Calico, Bellamy and Sparrow. For the 13th century, there was Alina, Samia, Griffin, Elie, Madok, Osanne, Aveline, Eyvyn and Floria.
Back a few generation from that were hipster/nature-type names: Aspen, Astrid, Birch, Iris, Magnolia, Moonstone, Honeydew, Winter, Luna, Scout, Snow, Ivy.
And the generation before that was Elegant 3->5 syllable names: Archibald, Benedict, Caspian, Darius, Emiliana, Gabriella, Hermione, Isadora, Juliette, Klarissa, Lilliana, Minerva, Natalia, Olleana.
