I kind of thought we would get a patch Thursday, so maybe news today, but nothing 😭
I'm super excited for this one. I love they announced it slightly earlier than usual. Gives me time to budget so I can get it and time to learn more about it to see if it's worth it.
I kind of dislike they announced it so early, at least while we get these weeks of no info. It's nice to budget but I'm already bored of thinking what I will do with it!

I wouldn’t have minded the early announcement as long as they have new info on a weekly basis. For example:
Week 1: Reveal trailer
Week 2: Interactive Map with premades
Week 3: Gameplay Trailer
Week 4: Livestream
Week 5: GC embargo ends
Week 6: Release
In between a few twitter answers.
To me that would be perfect!!

Yeah, I'm sure they have a marketing schedule all planned out, but it seems like this is something that would be fairly easy to release at any time.
I'm personally much more excited to see the map than any gameplay trailer/livestream/etc. The map is what's going to allow me to really start planning in more detail.
