Jeb has been avoiding Knox, not sure he would accept him like this or in any other way after the trouble, he already knows he doesn't have his family's support. Though unable to get to the hospital on his own his choice is limited. Knox is not pleased to say the least but makes the most of the situation while he can.
Whispered words, why didn't you tell me? Repeated over and over until he couldn't stand it anymore.
Stressed being on his own Jeb found a rare and short lived bit of voice.\
"What do you want from me Knox? I have no one else I can't afford to depend on anyone that's just going to leave my child needs me."

The bit of air in his mood was gone as quickly as it rose, far more hurt by the wanted than anything else, the past feel of it, he knew he'd leave he wasn't good enough he was sure of it though Knox wasn't really seeing Jeb's pains beyond his own.
"....I'm sure she'll be happier if I just visit."
"You're not even going to fight me?" he growled increduously.
"I'm not a fighter...you know that."
He huffed.

Though as usual when he got to see her his heart was melting before Jeb could even leave the room completely and it was gone when he was, he began to wonder how much she got from Jeb.
"Hey there Jellybug ready to go to papa's house?" she giggled excitedly.
"Papa pwetty! go bye bye?" she almost always ended up stealing his coat and he'd only take it back cause it amused him so much, he'd have to get her some more pink something of her own. Then he was thinking of Jeb again, he didn't want to be cruel though he was growing increasingly frustrated he'd just take her for the night.
Yes just for the night Jeb would be fine.

I've been playing around with pose player for my sims graduation and find it pretty interesting. But it takes so long to get everyone in place for pictures that I don't think I'll be using it much moving forward.
I'm happy with what I got though.
This is the Smiley Crew (a group of famous SimTube friends). Two of the members did not attend uni, hence why they are not dressed in gowns.

Asher must know that his family needs more money if they're to accomplish their goals, so he painted this banger. I'm fairly sure it's my most expensive painting ever.
I created up a tabletop character I'm playing and played her in-game today. Mostly because I was in general excitement for the game and thinking we might be playing today. (It's Thursday instead but ah well). She's a gloomy, yet self-assured young adult. She kinda has a thing about masking her deep depression underneath a huge bravado. Also a spellcaster because that is what she is.
Mostly she's just been progressing in the Secret Agent career because she be ambitious and that be what she strives to do. I'm suprisingly invested in getting her up the career ladder as fast as I can while also trying to manage the spellcaster career. More like I get distacted by career progress rather than spellcaster progress. Though I am playing it legit at this point and she has very little money so I guess there is a reason to focus on career for now.
Ira's second gig and it's with the Feng's and they wanted their bathroom re-done.
Soon as she got there Lily was already in a mood and stuck her nose up at Ira and went to take a soak in the bathroom she's suppose to renovate. SO, she decided to chat up Victor and get his opinion on what designs he would like.
Was going pretty well til Lily just came over to mean mug the heck out of her for asking her husband all these questions.
Victor then left to check on their kids (Didn't even realize they had twins and Lily hates children. rofl) And it was just a mean mugging contest between the two.
Jealous much?
Tried to show her some new designs and get her to change her opinion on a hated color, but she wasn't budging.
She then left and proceeded to waste more time on this gig to see about their twins. Well, not really Victor was and Lily just seemed to have a headache from everything being in stereo with their kids.
Only valid opinion thus far is the baby here not liking Suburban decor.

Then she decided to promptly flirt with Victor as well. And he was pretty into it.

And Lily happened to walk in on all of this so....yeaaaaaaaah.
So, after possibly ruining that marriage she promptly goes back home to think about her next gig, but then again she's probably gonna throw a party for herself. All in a good day's work.
The Romance Festival rolled around again, so Fabia went on a date there with Jacob. Fabia has the single and loving it lifestyle, so they've never made anything official, but I do enjoy sending her on the occasional date.
To keep her frequent traveller and adrenaline seeker lifestyles going strong, I sent her on vacation to Mt. Komorebi so she could hit the slopes. I love sending sims hiking!

Shortly after the fall session of school began, and Erik's schedule scarcely slowed, the teen began to have bouts of dizziness. On his mother's behest he booked an appointment at the Newcrest Medical Clinic.
Bad enough after he checked in they had him pee in a cup, but then he had to have his weight and blood-pressure checked. He then was told to wait in a room for the results.
So, he waited. What are they doing out there? Hello? I have obligations to keep.
Deciding to whip out his guitar, Erik kept himself entertained until the nurse came in. "We need more tests to rule out other issues. You're underweight and your blood-pressure is too low."
As if this information wasn't disturbing enough, he ran a treadmill and then was escorted across the second floor to have an X-ray Scan. This had Erik's imagination going off the charts. He was a little nervous, considering just how long he had to wait for the results for the first tests.
"Stand perfectly still," the Technician said. But I don't like this. At all.
"Okay, we're done. Please go wait in the room for the results."
Again, Erik waited. And he waited. And he waited some more. Finally, his phone went off.
"No, Mom, I'm still here. They had to take some additional tests. Treadmill and that X-ray scanning thing, which is not too fun. I was told to wait. Yeah, I know I have homework to do. I also have another photoshoot, too. And a concert. Sorry to break this to you, I'm not a supersim. Just a Superstar. Yeah, I love you too. I'll be home when they finally let me outta here."
"Okay, Mister Cantrell," the nurse said. "Basically, you're fine. But your blood-pressure is too low. The doctor put a prescription in for you, you can access it in the kiosk just in the lobby. Come in again, in 24 days."

Haha yeah, had her ask for a large loan, so she TECHNICALLY got paid.
When you get a gig and show up and there's literally NOTHING in the house but the sims themselves.
H O W? This family moved into a home I didn't even know wasn't furnished in Windenburgh and they had nothing. Seven sims and nothing fttt.

With just an 8k budget she managed to do the whole house opposed to the just a room reno, because let's be real THEY NEEDED IT.
Hard to be nervous about a house that was never furnished, but they were.
Would have been surprised if they hated everything, but they loved everything and couldn't quit ranting and raving. Even though Ira went over budget yet AGAIN.

And of course Fabia had to take him to her favourite place in the world - Mt. Komorebi - for some fun in the snow and some sledding down the bunny slopes.
Played a bit with the Snowy Escape marketed family. And by that I mean the Maxis-uploaded version of them on the Gallery. And also to clairfy, I split off the household into two. One with the Gonzales family, who looked like they were tourists and the other with Hina K and her wife and her wife's brother, which I named the Komorebi Ambassadors. It was the Komorebi Ambassador household I played with.
A lot of my playtime was glancing at Tetsuya Otomo and wondering how the heck is someone a polite bro? Bro is parties and sports and general bro culture and being polite feels like the opposite of that. -shrugs wildly- Most of my playtime was dedicated to him though, as Hina works in the culinarian career, (aiming for Mixologist) and Niko Okada is now a bodybuilder within the athletics career, and Tetsuya just has a part-time job as a lifegaurd. Which I kinda instead headcanon as sort of a part-time tourist guide up on the mountian. With his foodie trait and general gregariousness, I am thinking of having him work towards owning a restaurant at some point. Making him the third person I have that idea for but haven't persued yet.

First Kaci was starving after taking that liking to Lilith and asked her to come grab a bite and maybe bowl, I just thought it was cute how excited they were for their food ha.
Currently though the one that holds her heart is Diego, I just found it funny that in a new save this is always his place and he hates modern ha.
After serenading him she showed him how much she liked him she's just the type whats the point of being with someone you can't love on. Not that they are together just yet but she knows where it's heading, that aside after this I let her go no woohoo she had a job tomorrow and it broke up a family.
Well okay I decided cause I wanted to try something out.
So you probably wouldn't recognize the sim from the back but this is Brant I think..I hate how similar their names are, his name is now Jake and Brent can be....Kai? Luke?.................................David. Anyhoo they wanted a room fixed and I just put the new mccc back in my game and normally they have kids pretty quick with it so I gave them a toddler room they hated it so much when I went back David was crying and Jake was livid, it was the final hook in their relationship to swing em way down low. So They got makeovers and cut, Rosie was given to someone else, David went to live with the bros and is hooking up with Sergio but Jake moved in with Catarina, that is Josie with different fur and I gave away her other cats. See mccc is very particular either it'll let David and Jake have a lot of kids or they'll get a kid and Jake will end up cheating with Catarina. Every.Single.Save. I don't know what it is but that is what they get with me so we're gonna see how things go, like if they want each other again or not.
Anyways Jake here thought he'd have to go through plenty of crying and bouts of too much juice, he didn't think he'd feel free, or that David would fade in the back of his mind so easily. It's a little unsettling he doesn't really like being alone but this is different, leave the house they shared and move on and it's just done..he wondered if he should call Kaci and thank her after being rude before.
Kaci is fine I was trying out some different couches maybe she'll get invited to a different wedding though.
Back to the twins Lilith misses Kaci and decides to switch her major which bumped her to eleven classes to graduate, Angela thinks she's crazy...but she doesn't want to train with the underground sorority she wants to graduate and be like Kaci, kind and able to speak about her job she's thinking funny enough...she'd like to be a lawyer.

Not much has happened since I've returned to work, in real life, after 14 months at home.
Branden & Octavia continue to raise their brood of 6 children. The triplets became teens and the
baby twins became toddlers.
Cooper, looks just like his dad Dennis, I think he's handsome Ethan, looks so much like his mom Felicity, still a child Georgina, so cute! Heather, love her eyes
Fabia is now a five-star celebrity. She went to Del Sol Valley to place her celebrity tile on the walk of fame:
Afterwards she took Benji to the Festival of Youth. I love the little kabuto hats!
And as the weather was so miserable this spring in San Myshuno, the two took a vacation to sunny Sulani. Benji enjoyed playing in the sand for the very first time
There's nothing better than lounging beside the ocean after a long day at the beach.
This has been an interesting household. I didn't expect conflict or tension, but my teen, Chris, has developed the Distant phase, and that has had friction with his dad Preston's Family Oriented trait. But it has been the most realistic Teen play I have had so far in The Sims (usually, unless I try hard to make it challenging, my families are all very close & affectionate).
And here, I thought I was just placing a household so my Gen 4 child can have a boyfriend to look forward to when he's a Teen. This took off as a save of its own.
Joey's mom Stefani does odd jobs to earn money and her job was trying to find a treasure by diving. She didn't find it but she found a shark. Luckily she got away from it.
She also broke up with her boyfriend Sioni. He invited her to a date and then flirted with another woman. When Stefani broke up with him he had the nerve to insult her.
Stefani went back to Ukupanipo Hekekia with whom she's had a crush on a long time. It didn't work with them earlier, but now they seemed to get along really well and Stefani even got an adoring sentiment.
It's child-raising time in my simworld, and somewhat paradoxically this leads to almost no storytelling value in terms of share-ability on the forum. Raising simkids is a purely mechanical game thing for me. If it weren't for the massive boost to adult skill-building and the ability to accumulate perks/completed aspirations in teen years, I probably wouldn't bother at all.
It really is amazing, though, just how OP sims you raise from baby to adult become. Top-Notch Toddler, the four childhood perks, the boost from Scouting, getting Savant fairly early in life...last kid I put through that gauntlet had nine Level 10 skills by the time he got to college plus the perks where he never has to sleep, eat, poop, shower, or talk to another sim if he doesn't want to.
All of the above said, the fourth (and final) child of Dmitry Markov, my very first created sim, is going to be a toddler on New Skill Day, and bartender Steve Garamonde has a kid on the way with his wife whom I need to raise up as well. Looking forward to having those two new characters in the world. I'm thinking the Markov kid is going to make use of the farming stuff in the new EP in a kind of ironic twist on being the offspring of a fantastically rich (the household's worth 2.4 million Simoleons) tech guru and opera singer.
As for Steve's kid...not sure how I want to take the story of someone whose father is the notable bartender around town and whose mother is the town drunk (seriously, leave her alone and let her do what she wants and she ALWAYS ends up with a drink in her hands!) Kid's definitely going to have a temperance/sobriety element, but I haven't quite figured out how I want to get there storywise. I'm sure the game will do its bit to inspire, it always does. That late-70s country music homage post I made a few days ago was inspired by seeing Dominic Fyres deep in his cups at the karaoke bar in the San Myshuno Spice District, even if it was kind of an evil move to shatter his marriage over it.

My very pregnant sim and her husband went on vacay. I was thinking, she'd have the baby in granite falls and we'd have the 3 days to care for the infant (I forgot pregnancies pause on vacation).
Man, I have so much fun playing as Vlad's household. He's just a mass of chaos and change.
So in this play session...I kinda forgot that I had him with the familial Vampire aspiration. But I needed to get 3 more people turned into a vampire. I had Katrina Caliente and her husband, and I had a Good-natured townie named Noel (incidentally, one of my pizza ladies that I had around for ages, I was glad to see her get actually playable). Noel's aspiration is actually the Food one and I think that's especially awkward when you are a vampire. So she wants to get out of being a vampire.
But onto other things, they recived an invitation to the Humor and Hijinks festival and I accepted, for Vlad needed fresh recruits! Using the personality finder trait my top picks were a townie I adpoted and love named Charity Hand and Yuki Behr. I was a bit sad and didn't really want to change Charity into a vampire because then I would turn her whole family and I didn't want that! So I focused on Yuki who was off on her own first. Well, by the time Vlad visited, she was off to work with those hacker late-night hours so I just hung around the front of the house singing. In the rain at that. Because Vlad likes to sing in my file.
Another random townie just popped up and stared...angerly. I used the trait finding ability to discover a fellow evil person! Vlad delighted in that and, initally tried to befriend him but he kinda has both a reputation and that vampire creepiness so I just full on turned him. (And then later, bribed for friendship). Cecil Leone then got his whole townie family turned, (expect for his daughter, because you can't turn kids) and got now an actual home within the neighborhood! Promotion to a potental household to be played!
Meanwhile, Noel was just kind of doing her best as a chef. She did do a dinner party with vampires, trying to exthol the virtures of the plasma fruit but it just wasn't the same as a full on dinner party. So she worked on her vampire lore and now knows the secret of the vampire cure!
Soon...maybe soon, like maybe next time I play the household, things will change within the Strauss household...

With just an 8k budget she managed to do the whole house opposed to the just a room reno, because let's be real THEY NEEDED IT.
Hard to be nervous about a house that was never furnished, but they were.

A lot of my playtime was glancing at Tetsuya Otomo and wondering how the heck is someone a polite bro? Bro is parties and sports and general bro culture and being polite feels like the opposite of that. -shrugs wildly- Most of my playtime was dedicated to him though, as Hina works in the culinarian career, (aiming for Mixologist) and Niko Okada is now a bodybuilder within the athletics career, and Tetsuya just has a part-time job as a lifegaurd. Which I kinda instead headcanon as sort of a part-time tourist guide up on the mountian. With his foodie trait and general gregariousness, I am thinking of having him work towards owning a restaurant at some point. Making him the third person I have that idea for but haven't persued yet.
First Kaci was starving after taking that liking to Lilith and asked her to come grab a bite and maybe bowl, I just thought it was cute how excited they were for their food ha.
Currently though the one that holds her heart is Diego, I just found it funny that in a new save this is always his place and he hates modern ha.
After serenading him she showed him how much she liked him she's just the type whats the point of being with someone you can't love on. Not that they are together just yet but she knows where it's heading, that aside after this I let her go no woohoo she had a job tomorrow and it broke up a family.

So you probably wouldn't recognize the sim from the back but this is Brant I think..I hate how similar their names are, his name is now Jake and Brent can be....Kai? Luke?.................................David. Anyhoo they wanted a room fixed and I just put the new mccc back in my game and normally they have kids pretty quick with it so I gave them a toddler room they hated it so much when I went back David was crying and Jake was livid, it was the final hook in their relationship to swing em way down low. So They got makeovers and cut, Rosie was given to someone else, David went to live with the bros and is hooking up with Sergio but Jake moved in with Catarina, that is Josie with different fur and I gave away her other cats. See mccc is very particular either it'll let David and Jake have a lot of kids or they'll get a kid and Jake will end up cheating with Catarina. Every.Single.Save. I don't know what it is but that is what they get with me so we're gonna see how things go, like if they want each other again or not.
Anyways Jake here thought he'd have to go through plenty of crying and bouts of too much juice, he didn't think he'd feel free, or that David would fade in the back of his mind so easily. It's a little unsettling he doesn't really like being alone but this is different, leave the house they shared and move on and it's just done..he wondered if he should call Kaci and thank her after being rude before.
Kaci is fine I was trying out some different couches maybe she'll get invited to a different wedding though.
Back to the twins Lilith misses Kaci and decides to switch her major which bumped her to eleven classes to graduate, Angela thinks she's crazy...but she doesn't want to train with the underground sorority she wants to graduate and be like Kaci, kind and able to speak about her job she's thinking funny enough...she'd like to be a lawyer.

This has been an interesting household. I didn't expect conflict or tension, but my teen, Chris, has developed the Distant phase, and that has had friction with his dad Preston's Family Oriented trait. But it has been the most realistic Teen play I have had so far in The Sims (usually, unless I try hard to make it challenging, my families are all very close & affectionate).
And here, I thought I was just placing a household so my Gen 4 child can have a boyfriend to look forward to when he's a Teen. This took off as a save of its own.

Joey's mom Stefani does odd jobs to earn money and her job was trying to find a treasure by diving. She didn't find it but she found a shark. Luckily she got away from it.
She also broke up with her boyfriend Sioni. He invited her to a date and then flirted with another woman. When Stefani broke up with him he had the nerve to insult her.
Stefani went back to Ukupanipo Hekekia with whom she's had a crush on a long time. It didn't work with them earlier, but now they seemed to get along really well and Stefani even got an adoring sentiment.
It's child-raising time in my simworld, and somewhat paradoxically this leads to almost no storytelling value in terms of share-ability on the forum. Raising simkids is a purely mechanical game thing for me. If it weren't for the massive boost to adult skill-building and the ability to accumulate perks/completed aspirations in teen years, I probably wouldn't bother at all.
It really is amazing, though, just how OP sims you raise from baby to adult become. Top-Notch Toddler, the four childhood perks, the boost from Scouting, getting Savant fairly early in life...last kid I put through that gauntlet had nine Level 10 skills by the time he got to college plus the perks where he never has to sleep, eat, poop, shower, or talk to another sim if he doesn't want to.
All of the above said, the fourth (and final) child of Dmitry Markov, my very first created sim, is going to be a toddler on New Skill Day, and bartender Steve Garamonde has a kid on the way with his wife whom I need to raise up as well. Looking forward to having those two new characters in the world. I'm thinking the Markov kid is going to make use of the farming stuff in the new EP in a kind of ironic twist on being the offspring of a fantastically rich (the household's worth 2.4 million Simoleons) tech guru and opera singer.
As for Steve's kid...not sure how I want to take the story of someone whose father is the notable bartender around town and whose mother is the town drunk (seriously, leave her alone and let her do what she wants and she ALWAYS ends up with a drink in her hands!) Kid's definitely going to have a temperance/sobriety element, but I haven't quite figured out how I want to get there storywise. I'm sure the game will do its bit to inspire, it always does. That late-70s country music homage post I made a few days ago was inspired by seeing Dominic Fyres deep in his cups at the karaoke bar in the San Myshuno Spice District, even if it was kind of an evil move to shatter his marriage over it.

So in this play session...I kinda forgot that I had him with the familial Vampire aspiration. But I needed to get 3 more people turned into a vampire. I had Katrina Caliente and her husband, and I had a Good-natured townie named Noel (incidentally, one of my pizza ladies that I had around for ages, I was glad to see her get actually playable). Noel's aspiration is actually the Food one and I think that's especially awkward when you are a vampire. So she wants to get out of being a vampire.
But onto other things, they recived an invitation to the Humor and Hijinks festival and I accepted, for Vlad needed fresh recruits! Using the personality finder trait my top picks were a townie I adpoted and love named Charity Hand and Yuki Behr. I was a bit sad and didn't really want to change Charity into a vampire because then I would turn her whole family and I didn't want that! So I focused on Yuki who was off on her own first. Well, by the time Vlad visited, she was off to work with those hacker late-night hours so I just hung around the front of the house singing. In the rain at that. Because Vlad likes to sing in my file.
Another random townie just popped up and stared...angerly. I used the trait finding ability to discover a fellow evil person! Vlad delighted in that and, initally tried to befriend him but he kinda has both a reputation and that vampire creepiness so I just full on turned him. (And then later, bribed for friendship). Cecil Leone then got his whole townie family turned, (expect for his daughter, because you can't turn kids) and got now an actual home within the neighborhood! Promotion to a potental household to be played!
Meanwhile, Noel was just kind of doing her best as a chef. She did do a dinner party with vampires, trying to exthol the virtures of the plasma fruit but it just wasn't the same as a full on dinner party. So she worked on her vampire lore and now knows the secret of the vampire cure!
Soon...maybe soon, like maybe next time I play the household, things will change within the Strauss household...
