@JojoMOMSTER - lol, the whole video or a certain part? I didn't watch the whole thing, but I think I get it. If you can find the beauty in a building enough to call it home, go for it.

RENOVATE MY HOUSE RMHWarehouse Origin ID: PINKUSFAMILY Link to gallery:Chic Industrial loft Do you want feedback ? Yes, please Link to photos : Album Amount of funds used: $ 43,663 Construction Notes : I Cleaned up & Cleaned out the Warehouse. I Changed the office space into a bedroom. I Luxed out the bathroom.
I created an industrial Kitchen & Dining area up front with a sitting area. I made an office ,living room and entertainment /fun game area in the garage . I added a car port. Outside I changed the walk up to the building, and gave it Lush plantings. Fun Renovation. Now I will Play Hillary Raymond for a while until the New Game Pack comes out..
@icanhassims and @Pinkusfamily your renos look amazing!!! @nali272 I do have one question...Do you think Hillary would mind if I kept the office in the same spot and added her bedroom in the back, giving her more privacy?
Origin ID: AlJay2000 Gallery name & link:Chic Industrial Loft Do you want feedback from anyone? Sure Link to slideshow:RMH - Raymond Warehouse Construction Costs: With a total budget of $84,619 ($60,000 reno + 24,619 gallery cost) I came in $99.00 under budget Notes: I decided to leave the exterior brick the same, I just removed the graffiti and fixed any issues with the structure. I left the previous office in the same spot, but opened up the back wall, giving the loft a nice open concept feel, putting Hillary's bedroom to the back corner. I added a living space to the front as well as the back of the home. I fancied up the bathroom, giving her two sinks, just in case she gets that boyfriend that she is dreaming of. The yard has kind of a lush industrial vibe. I gave her lots of planters but there is still a lot of concrete, shall we call it a concrete garden? I have added a side patio that is perfect for entertaining and given her room to work on projects and grow garden vegetables behind the house. Pictures:

Thas was supergood, when I upload my main Sims lot I hope for an equally good result
Hello all, I have an event to attend on Friday/Saturday, so the RMH reviews and new posts will not happen until Sunday. If I can get it done sooner I will. Sorry for any inconveniences

Yes please! Link to more photos/slideshow: https://imgur.com/a/5BW07hC Pictures: My account is too new to post pictures, but there are lots in my slideshow! Note: I was a bit confused about how to calculate the total budget, so I added the gallery cost (24,619) to the given budget (60,000) to get 84,619 and my renovation costs less than that. I hope that's ok? About my build: I've never built anything in this style before, so this was definitely a challenge and I had a ton of fun! I tried to give most of the house a very open layout, using platforms and short divider walls to give a sense of "rooms" without actually closing the space off. I kept the decorations fairly minimalistic without too much clutter. As a note, the bench at the dining table is purely decorative (since it can't slot in), but there's plenty of other seating and the build has been fully playtested and is otherwise completely functional. The exterior has tons of plants, though I did keep the front garden a bit more open so that Hillary can grow some things too. I made a lofted guest room/hangout space in the back with a cozy feel that's different from the rest of the house. I built a fake storage room underneath it using a debug stage and some other items.

Info: Plants are mainly indoors, outside at the back and sides. I added a Fabricator and a chess board as I read they are needed plus charisma for the Civil Designer careers.
