Woke up this morning to find my old MacBook Air had updated all the way from Mojave to Big Sur, so I guess that means it can run more than the legacy version of Sims 4 so I'll probably be able to get this GP on release after all.
I am very excited for this pack! Looking so forward to having an "expert" in my game to help my Sims and turn their dreary abodes into something fabulous. Hopefully they take the advice as their usual designer aka: me really has no clue.

I’m still waiting for the livestream to turn me to the “dark side” (or for my dark soul to return to the light side..) but I’m loving all the ideas and images and sneak peaks posted on here! And the general positive vibe of course.
I kept getting tiny glimpses of the ceilings and hoped the colours I saw were coloured ceilings and not just reflections of the lights.
A tease indeed! Although after closer inspection those “colored” ceilings seem but a trick of the light. We’ll see. I won’t lose hope!
Meanwhile I may just get the pack for that counter top oven toaster thingie. I mean a real one would cost me at least 5 to 30 times the price of a GP.
It only makes sense.
I am going to approach it like I did the Stylist career by combining a related business with the career.
My sim will purchase this lot and slowly build her Business selling just decor initially, but eventually sell full furniture sets.
Of course she will be offering her design services as well.
Wow, this is such a smart idea! I hope you don't mind, but I might take inspiration from this idea to create my own studio space with living accommodation in Magnolia Promenade. Honestly, I rarely ever give that world any thought because of how small it is, but I think it could be a great location to try out the more creative freelance career options, as well as photography, all of which I have yet to do.
Awesome idea, and I can't wait to see your finished build!

Just throw me a sturdy rope through that bedroom closet. Be sure not to re-design the house before I’m outta this frightening sphere of consciousness or else I’ll be stuck in there forever with ecto beast and co.

I was playing one of my households tonight and all I kept thinking was 'I hate this house, it really needs a makeover'. In the end I moved them into a San Myshuno apartment (they couldn't afford anything else) then all I kept thinking was 'they really need a new kitchen now'.
I thought that was just an example of what the client wanted, not what the designer wanted!

anyone knows if this pack has new beds? I need more double beds (good ones)
I saw one new double bed in Bob and Eliza's room. It probably has several swatches. And if your Sim has level 8 handiness, the cheaper double beds can be upgraded.

I'm surprised that Bob hasn't got a divorce from Eliza by this time. At least he's got his own bed now though.
