      I was actually expecting news on the 11th since SimGuruFrost's tweet on 4/27 said to stay tuned over the next couple of weeks. May 17 works for me though. 😀

      • May 17th is the day Constantine Dragaš, of Serbia died.
      • Who else died on May 17th? Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham, Welsh politician. Welsh's flag features a dragon on it.
      • May 17th was also the birth of Welsh pirate, Bartholomew Roberts.
      • A bit of a stretch, but it's also the birthday of Martin Delrio, Belgian occultist.

      Hey, you may be onto something here. The next kit is Moroccan themed and a apparently Moroccan pirates were a thing. We should get at least a dragon egg if not a full dragon. :smiley:

      This hint is making me think the game pack they're gonna announce is gonna be summer themed? Maybe it is looking more like hotels, the other rumoured packs aren't very summery

      I think you're seriously reading too much into that date.
      Part of my family is from Wales, and I too think that you are reading just a tab bit to much into May 17th. As far as I can tell from the tweet on this is that they are super hyped about what they plan to release over the summer and nothing more.

      I hope for stuff I am interested in (farming, bands, singing career, new gameplay for teens, kids and/or elders). I'm a veteran Simmer and my last Sims purchase has been in December 2020 (Snowy Escape and Nifty Knitting). Since I bought a Switch lite in March I haven't even touched my Sims game.
      I'd love to see a singing career in game, EA! You can't let the singing skill go to waste! My TS4 EPs: GTW, GT, CL, C&D, S, GF, IL, DU, EL, SE, CoL, HSY, GrT, HR, FR GPs: OR, SD, DO, V, P, JA, SV, RoM, DHD, MWS

      Part of my family is from Wales, and I too think that you are reading just a tab bit to much into May 17th. As far as I can tell from the tweet on this is that they are super hyped about what they plan to release over the summer and nothing more.

      It may also be a sports pack since it is Norways national day
