I realized the only clown makeup there is in the game is sad tragic clown mask which all have weird shadow that lowkey looks like beard and there is no happy clowns

absolute 0 on happy clown masks

also there is like total of 2 outfits for clowns and both are quite similar

So I suddenly realized if i want my creepy clown park dream to come true

- we just might need some clown cas

Happy Clown makeup comes with the Digital Deluxe Pack...More clown outfits also and other costumes ect. Here's an overview:
http://simcitizens.com/the-sims-4-digital-deluxe-edition-content-overview/. You might be able to get the Up All Night content separate from the Life of the Party content... not sure I upgraded long time ago.

Just to add between that the sad clown face stuff and the day of the dead content I can make some pretty good clowns.

I hope you get it but I'd be adding to my MCCC heck no list, clowns <shudders> My parents thought it was a great idea to get me a clown doll to stuff my PJs in as a kid.. darn thing used to stare at me all night!
Actually I'd be ok with clown dolls. I just don't want random townies having more fuel for their fashion parades.

I wouldn't mind this as part of a carnival pack, so I'll get on board. I have a household called Midnight Carnival who could use more items and CAS. They are quite deviant, however. Here's Psycho the Clown who hates children:

And I also made a Pennywise from IT (wish I had his actual hair, it's so fabulous):

Aww. I wish there was a way to make a Sim fearsome so it would trigger the Scared emotion in other Sims. Maybe I'll have to rally for a new Trait.

Picture it...Sicily...(just kidding)...all the random townies running around in the clown kit AND the eyeball ring, you'd spend your entire playing time having to catch, fix and release all the clowns in your game before you could stand playing. lol

I know an official Clown in Real life. Did you know that their style of makeup is distinctly their own? I think they even have to register their 'look' or something. I do know that nobody else is allowed to copy their look.

Im just not in favor of adding more and more nonsense content that will only contribute to make the game overall more broken than it is now. I want fixes before anything else. I know, fixes are never going to come, but i dont want to keep breaking my game as it is. You guys can keep asking for dlcs and more content, as long as you dont care about playing a polished game.

Yikes! No clowns for me! I don't like any of them, they are creepy. I'd be nerfing that immediately, I don't want my townies to have even more of a chance to have that on!

No thanks, they actually had a random clown outfit show up on townies for a while. It was annoying.
