@Archivist - ?? What are we supposed to be looking at, exactly?
That's pretty much what children sims look like when they are performing an animation that is not defined for their age stage. I'm going to guess it has something to do with her zombified walk style, or am I missing the point here?

Yeah, I'm used to seeing the creepy slender kids after messing something up in CAS, but since I'd never seen or edited this child before, it was pretty horrifying to turn the camera at ground level and see her shuffling towards my Sim's house like this.
Nearly spat my drink out my nose with that one. @king_of_simcity7. Man...that glitch is hysterical.
What made it even funnier for me watching that sim striding down the street..."all glitchy" was that I know that piece from which O Fortuna comes from - and have performed that whole thing with a choir I was in. https://youtu.be/Adrw-zxiTe4
Always "River McIrish" ...and maybe some Bebe Hart. ~innocent expression~
Looks like someone got really tired of calling out those sims who never clean up of old newspapers on their porch after all these years.
Enough is enough
Don't worry. She has probably just strained some muscles in her calves, so she's trying to remedy that by stretching. Just tell her to take a week off and rest her legs. Stretching like that only makes it worse.
I stretched wrong once...and dang...if my shoulder won't quit complaining about it. Hurts like the dickens when I jostle it or accidentally apply pressure to it. Hate to see how painful the papergirl is feeling...I think she dislocated several bones and tore a couple muscles with that.

Her bones just grew faster than her muscles, welcome in your teenage life young lady! Hope your brain and your muscles will grow as tall as your bones!
This time Papergirl appeared in front of my Sim just as he was leaving on a morning walk with his daughter. As it turns out, the cure for her condition is slamming into her with a baby stroller:
Kids aren't supposed to be zombies and therefore don't have the animations...I've also never seen zombification happen to service NPCs so this is doubly cursed, congratulations.

When TS3 does glitches, it does funny glitches!
