I would love to have more skills/hobbies in the game. The more the better! I would especially love embroidery and sewing/knitting though so my sims can make their loved ones quilts/blankets, toys, decorations, clothing etc.
I have a distillery in my Windenburg save. Gameplay consists of growing potatoes and grapes, selling potatoes and grapes and using the money gained from those sales to make "juice" at the bar. It is working, but I'd love to cut our the middleman and use the garden produce directly for nectar making.
I doubt we'd get it back but I'd like it... would love to have grape stomping or some some other type of processing that doesn't involve a huge machine... maybe barrels? I know alcohol affects aren't in this version of the sims but it would still be fun to do.
I'd also like jewelry making with more matching jewelry sets that can show up in CAS after we "unlock" it. Could probably be a rather large skill with the ability to make jewelry for men/women and maybe children. Would be nice to be able to sell it to others to unlock to other households in our game.
All of them would be cool, but I really want to see a pack with casino stuff, several different types of slot machine, a c*rap table, roulette wheel, and 21 table.

I think it could be an interest or hobby starting with kids. Collecting comics, dress as their favorite superhero, stuff like that. Then it could carry over into an interest in either writing storyline for comics or drawing them. It could become a full career!
I'm surprised that Nectar Making is number one, it seems kinda useless to me.
Nectar making was fun in Sims 3. You could store your nectar and let it age into really expensive vintage beverages. It was fun making plasma fruit nectar. Back when Tru Blood was really popular lol.
Ugh I wish there was an all of the above option. They all sound amazing!
I agree, I really want all of them too. I was just curious on what people would want the most, if they were to only have one. Hope you come back and vote! *high five!*
I doubt EA would add it but I’d love a bit of extra risk.
They did a pretty good job in Sims 3, but I would like to see them expand and maybe even make a Sims version of blackjack or something. Maybe call it Llamas and Grilled Cheese. Press your luck type of game...roll the dice, and as long as you roll grilled cheese you're gold...roll a llama....uh oh! lol

Yes! I think the jewelry and quilt making could be put into some type of pack together, which could add to the flea market, or maybe a fair..
gambling would be awesome too if they'd make pack including casino and other fun
adds to storytelling at least having my sims lose their whole fortunes

TS3 let you gamble. They had a whole neighborhood based around Vegas and different objects.
In TS4, they added the lottery if you have Seasons and that’s gambling.
I think it could be cool to flesh it out, add blackjack or a poker table, etc.
I could see that in my game.

Thats ok, it doesn't have to catch everyone's fancy. What skill would you like to see?
