I know I have been gone a long while but started a video channel and thought well lets do video tours I welcome feed back
I will more then likely edit this post with more info but going to put it up and see where the blocks fall
The del Monte
Found in the gallery under The Del Monte .2 NoCC the original is just the Del Monte. there is another that is on gallery that is reading as having CC when it does not so either would work. And as always NoCC and I am liberally using MOO
This is 8th in my Sears Catalog Kithome Series, Though this is not a sears kithome but a competing company of which I forgot the name lol. There are 100s of homes that were offered from the 1890 to the 60s. This particular model is a Spanish 1920s Kithome w/pool and spot for spa, I added a Basement to make a rec room party/bar and Third Bedroom.I made a few changes to the plan IE the stairs to the basement and I pushed the front bedroom forward and bowed it out to make more of architecture statement and it fits with the era.

This is one of my earlier builds and second most popular. It is part of my fairy tale builds. I was wrong in the Video this is not a sears home but a home from Storybrooke a current architect that builds Tudor/ Cottage homes. "Rose Cottage," just simply oozes period and fairy tale charm. This is a 2 Master bedroom, 3 full baths with conservatory for gardening. Hope you enjoy Please comment if you download.

The House is a English Tudor design based on the Medieval English concept of a central great hall. It is a 5 bedroom 7 bath home with a detached two story carriage house with a underground pool and spa area. Placing this would be in Windenburg on either of the 64x64 lots I built it on the mainland lot. Floorplan 335 by Built4ever Francois Beauregard on Deviantart

This is one of my early homes I built. It is also my 3rd most popular in downloads.
It is Based on a real floorplan of a brick Victorian house. This was a 1920s moving out of the Victorian type builds to the 4 square. It had no name just a number so I named it after the City my childhood favorite band was from in England.

That 70's Home is a floor plan that screams 70s and is decorated from my memories (born in 69 my memories are shades of burnt Orange and avocado Green) I stuck to the bright bold colors and styles of the 70s with hold overs from 60s. There is no Avocado Green but there is a load of Burnt Orange.
