I don't have any. I have story progression with MCCC so when all the club members die, they cease to exist. Is there a way the game will create new clubs automatically with MCCC?

I know that when the original clubs disband then some more clubs will come and fill their place but if those disband too I'm not sure if the game creates any new ones. As far as I know MCCC doesn't create clubs however there is a setting to automatically fill the clubs each night with members that fit the requirements. I have that enabled. You probably should create some new clubs and then let MCCC fill them up.
I mostly use clubs to find spouses (‘marriage material’ club), help families stay in touch (‘cousins’ and ‘family reunion’ clubs), and for kids to make friends (‘kids club’)
I like to create clubs dedicated to specific hobbies. I have a skating club for kids and one for teens, a swimming club, a basketball club, a homework/reading club. They make my worlds more alive since I see a bunch of kids playing together everywhere
Sorry for the mistakes, English is not my first language ^^'

Family clubs, so when there is a significant event like a new baby or a holiday I can just get all the Fam together all at once.
I never thought about using a club like that, that's really creative! Beats my method of making them travel to each other's houses to get to know each other haha
I have a club for partying, a club for finding a date (San Myshuno Singles), a band, a club for people who are trying to get famous, a club for those who are already famous, and a basketball club.
None. I try my best to use them but I always end up deleting all of them because every time I forget my sims are in them and they become just a nuisance due to the bored moodlet they give.
Whatever the default ones are. And then I only have 1 additional custom club for my legacy family members only. I never use them to start gatherings or anything like that.
Some of the original ones, some game generated because a few were disbanded when I created my custom template. As for my own personal clubs, I've only had two and they were both for the residents of my Asylum challenges. I always forget about clubs and only remember that feature when I see a thread like this one. "Oh, right, clubs. I should use them more." o.O Opps...
I have the default and spawned the other ea ones with cheats, like society of sixam (aliens). In addition to those I have
- date mates(single sims)
- family values (per family to arrange gatherings)
- Covent (vampires)
I looked today and realised how many I have and now I'm curious what clubs everyone else has in their game.
None. I really don't play the clubs. My sims are quite independent, and if I want them to do things with their friends and family I have them invite others to go places with them.

I LOVE the club feature. My favorite clubs are my two that are at war with each other. My mafia club and my motorcycle club hate each other. But when I'm not in an active club meeting they are always nice to each automatically when around town so I wish that could be fixed.
Other than using them for get togethers, I also use that feature to create duplexes or apartments so that separate families can live on the same lot. I just create a club and set each front door of the apartment to only allow that club.
Clubs make family gatherings MUCH easier to manage. I have a club led by an elder music teacher that is full of kids, and she holds club gatherings at her house to teach music.
I also love the club feature and how versatile it is. I only have the default clubs in my main save, but my vampire sim is well on his way to taking over as the leader of the Avant Gardes. Once he does, he'll likely remove video gaming as a club activity since it doesn't fit him or the club really, and add play chess and musical instruments instead. In another save though I do plan on creating a new club for vampires with my infamous evil but suave vampire as their lord and leader. Together they will make history, cause much mayhem, seduce and destroy, and more than likely plot to take over the world. The streets will run with plasma.
I also hope we get more hobbies such as crochet, sewing/knitting, embroidery, origami etc. in future which would all make nice club activities.

Great idea for the duplexes and custom-made apartments! Going to have to try that one sometime. My only problem with using door-locking to try to simulate apartments is that it prevents guests from coming inside. How do you deal with that when it comes up?
I rarely use clubs. Sometimes for kids/teens just so they can meet people their age.
If I have an extended family who does not live with my sims, I'll make a club for the family and family friends so they can all be invited over at the same time.
I tend to set up clubs with the sims I don't play so that I can see others gathering at places to do specific things - like skating, homework clubs at the library, movie watchers at the cinema etc.
Then, for the sims I play, I do sleepover clubs for the kids, family gathering clubs, friendship clubs and work-related clubs.
The work ones I do for story and screenshot purposes, like gathering my business sim with her colleagues at an office I have in one of my hoods. But it also allows them to make friends easier with the sims they work with. I have multi-functional buildings for most of the careers - like, my office block has a standard office on one floor, a spy/tech guru office on another floor, an artists painting section on another floor, a cookery club floor and (down in the basement) a dodgy looking area for the criminals to gather
I have skill clubs that meet in suitable locations, eg. fitness club at the gym, computing club at the library. And I like setting up rival clubs at the same hangout and watch them socialise.
I've also created a multi-skill club by selecting a sim, setting the hangout to said sim's home, filling the bookcase with skill books and setting the club activity to read. As the club gain points, I purchase skill boosts. I generally select bookworms for this club since they allegedly have more fun reading.

Edit: Not soccer mums, though. Karen won’t be happy if I don’t make one soon..

Wow, you could even have a family reunion!
