@MadameLee Oh, I'm sorry. Half the fun of college is living away from parents for at least a little while. But at least you found a course that you wanted to take...?
@TheAemaSimming i failed one course (which I thought was a waste of my time) 3 times. So I never got to go to "Second Year" of the program. It was a waste of my time and also in elementary (for me that JK-Gr.8) and High School (Gr.9-12) we never learned about punctuation once. And living at home was also a bit of a problem due to the fact I had to take 2 buses and my "first" bus in the morning (the 2nd bus in the afternoon)-in the evenings t (at about 6:30pm) he last of those bus stop for the night right behind a Boarding school which meant I might have to walk the rest of the way home which could be 11 or 12 minutes home. When I had both a bookbag and a laptop?
I did want to go back to school for another program but now the program has a new location and there's no residential buildings in its new location-not to mention the issue that basically people in one part (the public restaurant) can watch on a TV thing the people cooking in the kitchen (several of the classes you have to take for this particular course is I want to say Professional cooking classes). I would be very nervous about that. But yet I believe I could be a very good um Hospitably manager because Hosptially is in my blood.
Not to mention-I didn't even know how to do my own hair or how to cook back in 2008-2012 period. But after 2012 when i was thinking about going back-I had this list of how to handle living in residence (but I don't think they would allow over 19 to be in residence-unless one was a RA -my sister who went to university (I think for 4 years) after either the 1st or 2nd year-she and her roommate had to move to an actual apartment building.
I think one of the things on the list was if I had been invited out to a party at another resident's room and they were serving "nectar" or "juice" if stuff was starting to get too crazy-I would shut down the "bar" area-ideally if movies are anything to go by (and I know they're aren't the best identical)- the other residents at the party would probably hate me (so I would not be invited to other parties by doing that talk about wrecking one's social life).
I'm wondering if one generation ago in my Sims legacy inspired teen and YA Gen 7 ( in non Legacy household) to wear saris because the 3 female people who were also were unwilling pawns of the boys- all ended up wearing Saris in formal wear.
@CharmingMaruska Definitely read @CathyTea's Summer House.
My own Pancakes isn't too long yet (I think).
Then there's obviously heaps of others on this thread and others will make their own recommendations.
@NRowe@CathyTea Thanks for the recommendations, guys! I'm on it
@CharmingMaruska I totally agree those are wonderful stories. I would also recommend @Bugsie2016 's story, Life's Lessons about a family making it through everyday life. At least, that's how I see it. It's a beautiful read and only fifteen chapters in.
Hey good to see you back in the forums! @simscognito I was wondering where u were
Hi @Rockannie yeah, I've been dealing with some RL drama at the moment, but things have settled down for the time being and so I thought I might pop in. How are you, anyway?
I missed everyone.
I've been doing good! I'm a bit of a lazy simlit writer though and so the screenshot issue has paused any thought I have of updating my legacies recently....speaking of I started a new legacy if you wanna check it out XD Only one chapter but I love the fam so muchhhh. Hope that your RL drama calms down for good cog !
i know its not the same. but noels decied not to do anything physical with miranda til they date a while.
in other news moms gonna be mad. aparently if you unbundle cable the bill goes from 78 to over100 becacause of internet overages.
Well I've always found the most romantic part of a relationship is when two people talk and connect. The physical part's just boring.
tell that to ayden. elsa hurt him once then he got physical with someone else i said your not doing that. and ayden like he ignored me. that was n't the drama part believe it or not. he was next to elsa in bed asleep got up and threw up. all on his own before seasons exsited.

@Rockannie You started a new Legacy? Congrats! What's this one about?
Also, thanks. Yeah, hopefully. XD
WordPress hates me. My revision button is missing. It just deleted a huge draft and replace the entire thing with the letter r, and the app says I have no site and no one that I'm following.
