Hi everybody! From now on I'll be sharing my newest builds in this thread. I have many more builds up on my YouTube channel (https://goo.gl/PK7vxR) and all of my builds are up on The Gallery (Origin-ID: NickSimsYT). Let's begin, shall we?

The Blue Victorian

This elegant blue Victorian house is for a family of five Sims to live in. The ground floor has a living room with a bay window, a grand dining room and a kitchen with a little nook. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This build is already up on The Gallery so please check it out!
And let me tell you all: the new patch is amazing! All of the new roofs are fantastic. The new pointers are just amazing!

This cozy home is for a family of four and a cat! Unfortunately a dog bed didn't fit. So technically you could have a dog in this house, but it would have to sleep on the floor or on the couch. Anyway, this house has a beautiful brick fireplace and a big door to the backyard. On the right side of the house there is the possibility for your Sims to barbeque and/or eat dinner outside! I hope that you all like it!

This huge home has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It is available for one cat and one big dog. It also has a pink toddler bedroom. It is situated on the 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay. It is already up on The Gallery if you would like to download it. I hope you all will like it!

This cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is dogproof I believe, but it doesn't have a dog bed. This is the first time in a while that I'm doing a speed build again and this one is pretty different from what I used to do with speed builds. I hope I can make more speed builds, but I can't guarantee anything. Anyway, I hope that you all will like it!

For my first build of 2018 I wanted to do a build that anyone could download. This house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also has a study, walk-in coat/shoe closet and a garage. The spacious backyard has a wonderful pool. It's already up on The Gallery if you want to download it!

This is a typical "stolpboerderij" that you'll mostly find in the provence of North-Holland. This build has many authentic details, like the ceiling beams, the wooden floors and the original windows. In the back with the patio doors is where the stable/shed used to be. But some houses like these have that renovated like in this build. This was one of my favourite builds to do, because it was just back to my roots for me. And I've built so many American houses lately, so this was a nice change! Anyway, I hope you all will like it!

This time I was really feeling like doing a coastal build. So here is "Coastal Home". It's a three bedroom and two bathroom house. It has a patio with a beautiful ocean view and a cozy coastal interior. I hope you all will like it!

This time around I built a traditional brick mansion. It is inspired by Georgian/Colonial mansions. This estate has six bedrooms and five bathrooms and has a pool, bar, study and laundry room. I really like how the exterior worked out, but I kind of hate the interior. I have no idea what I was going for with that. But still I wanted to finish it and this is the end result! Hope you all will like it!

Hello everyone! Today I've built my first ever apartment in San Myshuno! It's an industrial renovation of 17 Culpepper House in the Spice District. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. Hope you all will like it!

So I really felt like doing another thatched cottage and here it is! It has a colourful garden with a pond. This house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. I also did something new with the roof. Hope everyone likes it!

Thank you for coming here and I hope to be sharing many more builds with you! Make sure to check out my YouTube channel, where I have way many more builds posted!

Oh look, the new roof! This patch really couldn’t have come too early for us builders. xD

I have to say this is prolly my fav Victorian TS4 build I’ve seen so far. I absolutely love the exterior, and how naturally that tower section fits in. Will definitely have to check out your channel later!

It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds! :)
Blue Victorian is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing and the tower looks so very great! The type of and placement of the windows is very nice in the home. The flowers and plants look very nice on the edges of the home. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing in front of the fire reading a book and listening to gramophone music, . The bookcases looks great placed either sides of the fire and the mirror is a nice touch on the fireplace wall. Very nice dining room! The curtained windows look very nice there. Sims will enjoy dining at the table with sunshine coming into the room. The flowers on the table are pretty for sims to see when dining. Very nice design of the kitchen. It is great that that there is an island workbench counter. Sims will enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals. It looks very nice how the cabinets have been placed to create the stove nook. The yellow and white colour scheme of the master bedroom looks very nice. The wall paneling gives a very nice look to the room.
It is a very nice Victorian home! :)

I was going through your gallery and your channel, I noticed you often only one or two packs in each build, do you limit your pack usage? o.o Cause that is amazing. I never manage lool. I love the amount of detail that’s going into each build too, both interior and exterior.

I assumed your channel was gonna be vid tours, as the vid in your post was, but there were speedbuilds! :o Looks like I got a new channel to stalk! xD

Yay, glad you started a showcase. Hopefully this will improve your states as a deserving builder also. Great first post, beautiful Victorian. Thinking of putting it in my new save (just worlds and no sims at the mo' in prep for C&D) but I'm not sure if it will fit in. Reckon it would look good in the vacant spot opposite the Goth's house? (given that the sizing is OK, haven't checked yet!)

I always try to limit my pack usage as much as I can. I don't like using only one or two objects from a pack unless I really need it. And I used to do speed builds, but not anymore though. Doing tours ended up being way more practical, so I can share more builds! And thank you so much for liking the build!

The exterior design of Dutch Colonial is very nice! :) The curved roofing looks great! The chimney is a nice touch in the build. The new white blossom tree looks very pretty in the build! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The new pack items look very nice how they are used in the rooms. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room for sims to resting in front of the fireplace, watching tv. The cat plant is a nice touch on the coffee table. Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen and dining areas. The type of dining seats used looks homely. It is great that there is a bar stool counter for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools and eating a meal there also, as well as at the dining table. Sims will enjoy dining there, with sunshine coming in through the windows. The black and white chequered flooring in the kitchen looks great! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The pink colour scheme and the circles floor rug in the girls bedroom looks pretty! The toy animal and animals wall pictures are cute in the kids rooms! The yellow flowers bedhead wall picture in the master bedtoom is sunny for sims to see when waking in the mornings.
It is a very nice home for Brindleton Bay! :)

That Blue Victorian mansion is absolutely gorgeous. :open_mouth: I'm looking at that exterior, and you've really nailed the aesthetic. Really a must-download for me, I can never have too much Victorian stuff. :D I watched the tour video, and it would be the perfect vacation home for a wealthy Sim family of 4 that I made to sort of rival the Landgraabs. Especially the father of the bunch would love it, and the two single rooms happen to be in the kids' favorite colours too.

I'm from the Netherlands, and your Dutch Colonial legit looks like an old Dutch house. Definitely looks like one of those free-standing ones belonging to the upper class, which we call a 'herenhuis'. I'm especially a fan of some little details, like the benches outside look like they're sort of 'hidden' in the hedges and those amazing curtains. Really, this is how you do that checkered marble right. I'm really impressed that the smaller rooms don't feel claustrophobic, I usually end up taking up way too much lot space trying to avoid that.

I'll just go and subscribe to your Youtube channel real quick. xD Can't wait to see what you'll build next.

Thank you so much for all of your lovely comments, @MelanieScribbles! It really means a lot to me!

Hahaha, I am really used to talking English too. But after all it is what I chose for my channel and for The Sims Forums. I wouldn't know either what to do with all the space in a big American house!
