Mine is 15KB... I don't understand what the link is there. What should I do with my last exception file? I also have a "last crash" file that is 47KB.
I'm noticing a few issues, even with careers module out. My sim has started getting stuck in an action and when she paints, the painting outline hangs around for a second after selling it.
ETA: My localthumbcache.package was over 76,000KB. I deleted that one.
Edit again: I took all MC Command mods out and the painting is still doing the outline, but my sim is no longer just getting stuck in an action.
I don't know what they've done, @ChelleJo , that would affect the pregnancy module like it has, but it seems that's where most of my issues are... with the careers module NOT installed, at least. Weird.
If you don't see the blue notification window of loaded modules, and you don't see the "initializing alarms" thing in your mc log file... it's not working, it's not loading right. (Of course settings matter to what you would see...) Mine's toasted, no computer access, nothing on sims, nada. DP said he got a lastexception too. So we'll see how big a firebomb it is once he's had time to dig in more.

With pregnancy, do I remember correctly that they are now making it so that Sims can start off pregnant in CAS? Maybe that's something to do with it...?
@egwarhammer My blue notification window didn't show up. I'm not used to that, so I didn't even catch that (I haven't played a lot of sims 4 in the last few months, but I like keeping my MCCC updated for when I do play). I'll also see if taking the pregnancy module out will allow me to keep MCCC installed so I can do a bit of playing.

The simplest way to take mods out of the equation is to do it "old school" and just move your whole /Mods folder to the desktop. If you do that before you update for a patch, they aren't disabled by ea's new thing, because they aren't there. Easy then to fire up the game, quit the game, replace /Mods in /Sims4, and go on about your day.
Except for days like this, when some new thing they did hosed at least parts of MC, and probably many other script mods, too. Check your files!!!
Deaderpool's already working on MC, but with a weekend away incoming, it's anybody's guess whether he'll get something posted before or after his plans. (I dunno what he's doing, but I get the feeling it was set before patch day was penciled in.)

But MCC isn't working in the game, no pop up on my sims or the post box. yet when I start the game the mod pop up box comes up.
