I like your architecture, so complex! Love the dark tones you used and the diagonal turret looks very fabulous! The roofing is so spectacular too! Your landscaping is so pretty! So pretty garden even at the back! The fountain out front adds a vibrant feel! The gazebo is so adorable too! I also adore the outdoor seating area. And your interior, so fabulous! Lovely furnishing of the build, love the color scheme.

Things have been hectic in real life. My father-in-law is in hospital and I am running back and forth from the hospital to their home doing chores. So not much time for myself these days. Today after a very long time I have shared 2 builds in the gallery. The first one is a penthouse and it is called Park Avenue Penthouse. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen/diner, balconies, swimming pool, hot tub and an outside barbecue/entertainment area. The second one is called Al dente and it is an Italian restaurant. Hope you guys like it. These builds can be downloaded from the gallery under my origin name #yanti68

Very nice modern exterior design of Park Avenue Penthouse! The balconies and patio areas look very nice! The large glass windows look very nice how they are used in the build. Very nice pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy resting poolside on the sofas in the outdoors air. The candles look pretty in the pool. The bar counter nook is great! The drinks display wall shelves and the chandelier look great there. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. The hot tub upper patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub or resting on the sofas. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The colour scheme of the rooms looks very nice! Very nice dining area. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the city views whilst eating meals at the table. The patterned curtains and floor rug there look nice and the pictures on the wall add to the nice look of the room area. Very nice design of the living room! Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv. The books shelves look nice how they are placed on the side wall, and the plants are nice touches of green and nature in the room. The wall decor items give a very nice feel to the room. The wall of candles looks pretty. The floor patterning looks very nice! Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! It looks nice that there are different colour schemes for each of the bedrooms. The wall textures look nice. Nice corner study desk nooks for sims to enjoy sitting there using the computers.The wall decor and posters on the kids room gives a great look to the room! The items look nice placed in the honey comb shelving, Very nice kitchen. The curved island counter looks great. The knives , hanging utensils and olive oil bottles are nice kitchen touches on the wall and the teapot, fruit bowl and cookbooks look great in the kitchen. The evening picture of your penthouse with the city buildings in the background looks very pretty!
Al Dente is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy dining at! The exterior design of the restaurant look so very nice! The roofing and the towers looks so very nice! The columns look very nice how they are used in the build, The greenery is a nice touch on the exterior walls, and the wall texture looks nice. Very nice outdoors dining areas! Sims will enjoy eating at the tables in the sunshine or in the evening outdoors air. The candles are nice touches on the table tops and the floral arch looks very pretty! The plants, statues, and flowers there look so nice! Nice host station area. The folly looks nice there. Very nice indoors kitchen area. The brown brick walls and the black and white pattern flooring there and through the restaurant areas gives a very nice look and feel to the venue areas. The hanging pans, wall utensils , nectar rack and teapot wall shelf are nice kitchen touches, It looks very nice how the interior dining tables have been set up for sims to enjoy eating a meal there. It is nice that there is booth dining also. The food picture on the dining wall is a nice touch. The red colour of the seating complements well with the white colour of the tables and looks very nice! It is a nice touch that there is an aquarium in the restaurant. Very nice bar area. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink before or after a meal .
The home is very nice for living in the City and sims will enjoy dining at your very nice restaurant !
Beautiful builds, @yanti68 ! The penthouse is fabulous—great use of the new City Living items! (I can see a few Park Ave penthouses from my own apt in NY, and yours would fit right it!) The Italian restaurant is absolutely charming too! I would love to stop by for some gnocchi!
