Is there a way to get revived ghosts forget about being ghosts?

As the name of the thread says. I have revived the two ghosts north of Windenburg, Bernard with the wishing well, and Matilde with ambrosia cake. But they can still obsess things and "walk through" other sims. Their age also has stopped. Is there a way to get them back to be normal sims?

Simmers have found that when they brought the Von Haunt ghosts back to life , they could stilll possess things and walk through other sims /walls. They are special sims in the game, who are different from other ghost sims.

Really... hmm.. they didn't behave like that in my game. Maybe because I moved them out of the lot and changed them in CAS using the fulleditmode cheat? They must have a hidden trait tagging them as 'special' for their conversion to not work correctly.
Is there a bug report open on this @rosemow ?

I haven't tried bringing them back to life in my game. I have just read posts by other simmers who brought them back to life.
Perhaps if simsister2004 saves the sims to her gallery, then places the saved versions in her game, it may help to remove the ghost features/interactions.

There is a list of ghost traits listed on this site link, that can be added or removed to make sims ghosts or bring them back to being a normal sim.

Back from the game. I made a "Houdini" on my Matilde, sad to let her go, they were so madly in love! First I downloaded a Mimsy sim from the Gallery. The best was together with Bernard, so I had to delete him as well. Then I moved Matilde out, and moved in the Mimsy, looking exactly like her, and a normal sim. This made a special start of their marriage, which I have to do all over.
