I would like Generations and Seasons. I think it's obvious the reason that I want a generation's themed expansion pack, as I am mainly a family player. I would love to see snow and fallen leaves come to my world, however.

That's my speculation if they did release two expansions in one year. Because the year doesn't technically end until March 31, 2017. And the new year for The Sims 4 will begin April 01, 2017.
Generations and Seasons! All of my legacies are pretty much on hold until those two packs come out, so the sooner, the better!

Supernatural (More aggressive creatures and different ones like demons,shapeshifters, snd etc.) seasons (hopefully more than the usual stuff), amusement parks/waterparks (more rides than roaring heights and maybe a carnival too), vacation spots (beach resorts, casino hotels, and etc. added)
Generations! As for the second? Eh, I'm not picky... I just really want Generations. Supernatural would be awesome though~ I would be surprised to see Pets or Seasons for EP 2 or 3, but I'd love both down the road.
The ones that will totally revolutionise the way I play are Generations and Seasons. Really hoping that they are on their way! I felt that recent releases were pointing to this, but the Live Stream made it clear that, at least for Seasons, it's not a hint of any kind. Still, really hoping for a continued and increasing focus on family play!

Something old, something new(ish) -- Generations and Down on the Farm incorporating either Seasons (season-specific plants, return of greenhouses) or Pets (care for farm animals along with the usual dogs and cats).

I know they probably won't be but pets and seasons are the two that I feel would complete my game. I just really miss the option of having pets because I have so many irl and I think they would be perfect for some of my sims families. And weather is weather, it happens and I'd like my sims to experience it.
I just want something city related. I really miss having roommates and apartments, that was one of my fave things in Sims.
Also I grew up in the city and my favorite expansion pack was Late Night.
