Thanks! I messed up quite a bit on it and had to keep selling things for more money but I'm pretty happy with the end result.

It is a very nice home
I started building a brazilian themed starter yesterday and was very happy with it until it came to my mind that we have pack restrictions Since I used many items of the outdoor retreat pack, I am going to complete this home as it is and build another one for the challenge... Maybe I'll go for another country Thanks for the challenge @pronterus !
One that's hit a small snag... i've a home built for this challenge, but no 20x15 lot to properly present it on (I only own the basegame at the moment), preview window wise.
Is it alright if I share it on a 20x30 lot? It would add 500 though, going over the challenge limit.

Good luck to everyone trying this!
@fey There is a lot in Willow Creek in the "lower" neighborhood (bottom right) that is the 20x15 one that'll give you the correct amount of money if you bulldoze the house. I think it's the one next to the empty lot. I'm not sure if you can place a larger lot on a smaller one but there you go.

@Fey There are several 20x15 lots in the base game, namely Crick Cabana, Streamlet Single, and Rindle Rose in Willow Creek, and Agave Abode, Nookstone, and Raffia Quinta in Oasis Springs. The lot cost is not included in your budget, so what appears on the Gallery should be the final price of the buid. You can check the final cost by saving the lot as a Gallery upload.
