I found it at TSR. I don't do a lot of downloading there, but have a few things with no problem. I'm not registered, just do the downloads.
The t-shirt is for male YA, A. It's a sims3pack file, but I converted it to a package file (with Sims3Pack Multi Installer) so I could just put it in my mods/packages folder for easy removal if necessary. But it's fine. I Am Not A Sim Shirt
I managed to figure out why my game was having issues with moving people out, it was because I had Pangu's Axe hanging in my house. Weird as all get out, but whatever at least I know now. And I found the lady Red was getting to know and got her to join my household... where she promptly started romancing his (adult) granddaughter instead of him. Uh, ok then... she's got a Lifetime Wish of being a Master Romancer anyway, so I'll probably have her go after Red no matter what kind of relationship his granddaughter and her have. It should be super interesting, and endlessly amusing for me.
I wrote a long post in this thread yesterday, but it didn't get posted: I got the message that my post needed to be approved, but it never appeared and now I see it was probably lost due to some kind of error. (Makes sense -- why would any post in this thread need to be approved? The atmosphere here is so friendly.)

In my legacy game, the workaholic doctor Paul had finally fallen in love, but with a married woman. Knowing that her husband had the evil trait, he didn't feel guilty asking her to leave him. But when she did that, the game almost instantly paired her up with another townie! (A case, I think, of NRAAS Story Progression working a little too well.) So the next time Paul met Connie, I had him ask her to join his household, and now there will be no more surprises of that kind!
Connie had a speedboat in her inventory, so she took Paul out to sea. (I wish it were possible for two Sims to interact inside a vehicle, because that would have been the perfect ambience for a proposal:)
I think Connie is adorable, although not exactly pretty. She has the excitable trait and a very squeaky voice, which makes her very fun to watch.
She is the daughter of Michael Bachelor and Holly Alto. Paul is already related to the Goths via his mother Agnes Crumplebottom, and now my Bluejay family tree will become entangled with two more famous original townie families.

My sim got those from gathering "Easter" eggs at the spring festival. I read that there's a 10% chance of finding one of these fancy eggs. They're worth around 500 simoleons, but I used them as decor. I have 4 or 5 different kinds. They're all very pretty.
EDIT: Here's another pic I had that shows 2 more designs. The egg in the middle is the glass dragon egg made by my sim with the glass blowing furnace.

Eli and Ami Jankowsky got up early and got ready for the day quickly though they were eating leftovers for breakfast.
They were writing on their computers as the sun rose and there was a stray dog outside in the snow though the sun was shining.
Eli took a short break and resumed writing again a little later in the morning.
They had to stop writing to get ready for work at 3PM.
It was 5PM when they were leaving though Eli had to finish the washroom stuff with a sponge bath.
They arrived at work by about 5:30 and started their shifts at the diner.
They got off work at 9PM and were home and getting into bed by 9:30 in the evening.

That's a good idea, and I'll probably do the same in a different kind of game. But in a legacy challenge it feels right that finding and successfully romancing the right partner is part of the challenge, because I felt so happy for Paul when he finally won Connie over. I felt like high-fiving him. "Yes! We did it!"
@lanlyn , I've just seen them, and they are lovely! When I get Seasons, my Sims are definitely going to try to get a huge collection.
@TadOlson , I can see that the snow is beginning to melt in your game, because the last time you had a stray dog in your pictures, only its head was visible in the snow!
The last few days were very busy for my four boys.
Spooky Day is my favorite holiday and I decided to celebrate it. All my sims put on different costumes. Shane was dressed as a fierce T-rex. Avery was Mario and Joe was Luigi from Super Mario Bros. Tristan wore a cow-plant costume.
They were going to the Fall Fair, but it was raining. They ended up spending some time at Miki's Master Karaoke. Shane did some collecting, since he had a quest from the Science Facility. He joined the others at night.
Spooky Day was on Saturday. On Sunday, Both Avery and Kezune (the dog) aged up to elder status
Joe painted a portrait of young Avery, but those paintings are never good enough.
Shane's and Joe's birthdays were on the same day. Both the parents wanted to throw a party for the little boy and I decided to do it.
I didn't expect that the party would attract so many sims! (I had to use a cheat to place the guests into the house)
Initially, it was a party for Shane but I decided to buy an extra cake for Joe. He deserves it, as he was the first sim of this household. It was really cool to play with this slob, coward and neurotic sim.
The following days were very calm. (I played a lot last Friday).
Joe levelled his painting skill to the top and fullfilled his lifetime wish.
The boys were also into pranking each other. When Tristan had his mood swing, he did lots of bad things. One of those was pranking the school. Shane had a mood swing too, but I decided to leave him by himself.
They also got robbed twice. The thief took away their computer, a toilet and another piece of furniture. Everybody was sleeping and the police did nothing. The second visit surprised me. I went to the toilet and left the sims sleeping. When I came back, Shane had knocked down the thief and she ran away empty-handed.
@TadOlson I do love how organized your sims are. I'm trying my best to do the same with mine. I'll try to work with those rabbit holes rugs this weekend. I hope I can make a good police station.

@lanlyn My dog spends the whole day hunting for new things. I find it funny when he comes home with giant space rocks. I need to do the Egg hunting as well! I got one once. Have you noticed that those bunny gnomes usually hang around those eggs?
@PalmArrow Connie looks a lot like Holly Alto. When I don't want my sims' future partners to have someone, I select Story Progression and disable romancing for that sim. Of course, for me, it's more fun to humiliate the other sim that engaged with the one I want, so, I rarely do it. If you go into a steady relationship, I noticed that the other sim doesn't find someone else.
@SilverChan I'm glad you solved your issue. I'm having a problem that my teenager isn't learning how to drive. I found a solution that I'll try later. I must find my glasses first. The ones I'm wearing are old and it's not good for my sight.
@runzu Enjoyed your blog. I like how you arranged the personal photos, degrees and such in the sitting room. Tess and Chess make a great looking couple...I like to see sims wearing glasses. And I like your lady genie too. Beautiful Fountain of Youth area. @SilverChan I've read that Pangu's Axe can cause issues unless it's kept in the Family Inventory. Sounds like Red found an unusual friend! Alrighty, so I have moved on to play as Rarity and Sweetie Belle.

I'm honestly rather proud of the way I created her. I found the PERFECT hairstyle. As in comparison...
Moving on to what their home looks like. (Took me a good couple of hours to fix up this place!) I used the Dollhouse home that was already in the game. I love it!

I got lazy and decided to leave the whole top floor the way it was...It totally doesn't go with Rarity and Sweetie Belle's styles and tastes, but I figured it could be the "Cutie Mark Crusaders" club house. More about them later.
On this night Rarity received an invitation to Fluttershy's home party so of course she would be there! I guess she felt like today would be a good night to RUN there instead of using her nice car to get there... (that's the thing with this custom world...they walk and run...A LOT. More often than using their vehicles. Oh well...)
Once she arrived, the party had a good amount of guests present. (Funny thing is, Fluttershy ended up going to bed shortly after Rarity arrived. lol!)
"Oooo, Applejack is here!" thought Rarity. She always liked to give Applejack a hard time. They were best friends, but liked to push each other's buttons every once in a while. Rarity dared her to flirt with Shining Armor:
"Twilight's Brother!?" Applejack asked, "isn't he married?"
"Oh go on," Rarity pushed, "a little flirting never hurt anyone. Besides, do you see Princess Cadence here?"
Well, Applejack wish she wouldn't have listened to her gut because Shining Armor did NOT like her flirting with him!

Not too long after that Rarity dared Applejack to flirt with Cheese Sandwich this time!
"At least he is single," Rarity said to her.
Applejack rolled her eyes with a sigh, "Fine, but you owe me!"

The next day Rarity headed off to work (of COURSE she is a Stylist!) and was approached by Grape Crush who asked her to give him a new pajama look. "I entertain guests a lot," he told her, "but I like to be comfortable at the same time. Could you style something for me that I can wear in front of others without being embarrassed?"
"Why sure!" Rarity replied enthusiastically, "let's see your look now."

"Oh dear," Rarity said, "yeah that certainly won't do."
Grape Crush blushed.
"Try this instead," Rarity said pulling some clothes off of her designer clothes racks.

"I would like a makeover Miss Rarity!" Rarity heard from the entrance of Carousel Boutique. It was Photo Finish! The most famous Paparazzi pony lady!
"Yes, of course!" Rarity said to her. I've wanted to make her over in FOREVER!

While Rarity was at work, Sweetie Belle called her "Cutie Mark Crusader" friends over for a meeting. That is the name of their club. They haven't gotten their cutie marks yet (everyone refers to them as "blank flanks") and so they get together coming up with ideas on how to earn their cutie marks. They go on lots of adventures together. Here are the CMC's ponies:
"If we hunt gems, then maybe our special talent will be gem finding!" said Scootaloo.
"Nah, tried that already," Sweetie Belle said, "let's take up fishing."
"No, that's boring!" Scootaloo said.
"Ok...what if we got suntans?" Sweetie Belle said.
Apple Bloom just stood there listening with a smile.
"What do you think Apple Bloom?" Sweetie Belle turned and asked.
"I think suntanning sounds fun!" Apple Bloom replied.
So off they went!

Hehe. That's fine. I've been playing with just them in a household so long, I'm starting to think I'll never be able to marry or hook them up with anyone. xD Earlier today, Tess found a very nice young person, someone she was compatible with who also liked her back. It became a romantic interest. Two in game days later, they were going steady with someone else. Dx Chess... he's just a little awkward and doesn't seem to have very good compatibility with anyone. Well, anyone that's younger than an elder usually and (with SP mod installed) not the town bike. In fact, again, earlier today, the person he had high compatibility with but had commitment issues just got engaged to someone! There's also the fact that they've been living so long, nearly the whole town is full of elders now. I'm starting to feel bad for my twins. LOL!

@PalmArrow -I would also look at slowing progress down for romance so they still match up more slowly if it's happening too fast for you if you don't want it full disabled.I use slower matching up if I'm not playing the town so I can still find somebody for my sim.It's getting warmer and spring will be coming in the game. @thuggishsplicer -Great update!I've found the rugs are better than the shells most of the time.I've got a police station at city hall in Deery Meadows. @Gernadia -Thanks for your comment.I've been sick and I could only play a day earlier. @lanlyn -They're for the theature,book store,spa,grocery store and diner and it's in an altered form of Garden House I modified for the shopping center.I built the city hall for Deery Meadows and used the rugs for the rabbit holes there. @emorrill -Great update! @ddsims3world -I've been into the game and I hope you get to have fun.

Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up very early on that late winter morning and getting ready for the day very quickly.They got chores done and started studying gambling and athletic skills.
They both went out to Garden House to do some dumpster diving for a while before moving on to the pool for some fishing after washing up.
They stopped to eat at the pool before they decided to go fishing and made a few catches from the pool.
They stopped fishing and played a few games for a while until it was time to get back home.
They got home at 9PM and went to bed soon after getting home.
I did it... I did something that I told myself I would never do until I had all the sims 3 expansion packs... I got the sims 4...
Their little advert thing of 48hrs free worked I obviously don't have any expansion packs or 'game packs' and that, but hopefully that'll change soon.
I created a little family of three (to start off with, though we grew pretty quickly)
Hollie, whose my wife, mother and chef of the family. She's a great chef, and also a bit of a gardener.
Jim; a total jokester, but has a slight serious note with his 'secret agent' career choice.
And their daughter, Cammie:
This is a quick view of the house, although I have redone a lot of it (kitchen, bedrooms, dinning area, and there's now an upstairs) I used the premade rooms on build mode, because I had no idea what I was doing, but hopefully soon I'll get the hang of it.
I redid Cammie's room when she aged up into a teen ( and she is soooooo pretty (after having had a makeover of course!! ))
Her "thing", I decided when she was younger, was that she'd be really into painting, and she's already a level 5. She's very good, and this is one of my favourite pictures of her.
The family has grown, but I'll save the rest of the story till the next update which will probably be later this evening.

Grape Crush wasn't impressed. "That's not really what I was looking for..."
Rarity's face fell. "Oh...well...find another stylist then!" She brushed that off quick. She didn't have time dealing with pony men who weren't satisfied with her fashion sense.
"I would like a makeover Miss Rarity!" Rarity heard from the entrance of Carousel Boutique. It was Photo Finish! The most famous Paparazzi pony lady!
"Yes, of course!" Rarity said to her. I've wanted to make her over in FOREVER!

(The dumb game caused Photo Finish NOT to be satisfied with the makeover either...SO...I got Rarity to work improving her fashion knowledge)
While Rarity was at work, Sweetie Belle called her "Cutie Mark Crusader" friends over for a meeting. That is the name of their club. They haven't gotten their cutie marks yet (everyone refers to them as "blank flanks") and so they get together coming up with ideas on how to earn their cutie marks. They go on lots of adventures together.
"If we hunt gems, then maybe our special talent will be gem finding!" said Scootaloo.
"Nah, tried that already," Sweetie Belle said, "let's take up fishing."
"No, that's boring!" Scootaloo said.
"Ok...what if we got suntans?" Sweetie Belle said.
Apple Bloom just stood there listening with a smile.
"What do you think Apple Bloom?" Sweetie Belle turned and asked.
"I think suntanning sounds fun!" Apple Bloom replied.
So off they went!

Hehe. That's fine. I've been playing with just them in a household so long, I'm starting to think I'll never be able to marry or hook them up with anyone. xD Earlier today, Tess found a very nice young person, someone she was compatible with who also liked her back. It became a romantic interest. Two in game days later, they were going steady with someone else. Dx Chess... he's just a little awkward and doesn't seem to have very good compatibility with anyone. Well, anyone that's younger than an elder usually and (with SP mod installed) not the town bike. In fact, again, earlier today, the person he had high compatibility with but had commitment issues just got engaged to someone!

@thuggishsplicer -Great update!I've found the rugs are better than the shells most of the time.I've got a police station at city hall in Deery Meadows.

@lanlyn -They're for the theature,book store,spa,grocery store and diner and it's in an altered form of Garden House I modified for the shopping center.I built the city hall for Deery Meadows and used the rugs for the rabbit holes there.

Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up very early on that late winter morning and getting ready for the day very quickly.They got chores done and started studying gambling and athletic skills.
They both went out to Garden House to do some dumpster diving for a while before moving on to the pool for some fishing after washing up.
They stopped to eat at the pool before they decided to go fishing and made a few catches from the pool.
They stopped fishing and played a few games for a while until it was time to get back home.
They got home at 9PM and went to bed soon after getting home.

I created a little family of three (to start off with, though we grew pretty quickly)
Hollie, whose my wife, mother and chef of the family. She's a great chef, and also a bit of a gardener.
Jim; a total jokester, but has a slight serious note with his 'secret agent' career choice.
And their daughter, Cammie:
This is a quick view of the house, although I have redone a lot of it (kitchen, bedrooms, dinning area, and there's now an upstairs) I used the premade rooms on build mode, because I had no idea what I was doing, but hopefully soon I'll get the hang of it.
I redid Cammie's room when she aged up into a teen ( and she is soooooo pretty (after having had a makeover of course!! ))
Her "thing", I decided when she was younger, was that she'd be really into painting, and she's already a level 5. She's very good, and this is one of my favourite pictures of her.
The family has grown, but I'll save the rest of the story till the next update which will probably be later this evening.
