does anyone else have problems with the ads that give us free simpoints? ever since it hit this year i have not been receiving a single ad and i've tried loads of different browsers etc. really starting to annoy me because I would like so many things from the store and i'm scared the store will close down before i own it all

Do either of you have any ad-blocking software or have disabled javascript? Those are two likely causes for no ads.
I've not changed anything on my laptop and I was getting so many last year then around Christmas time they just stopped and I find one like every few months! it's so annoying!

I don't use these ad-blocking software. Maybe my javascript is disabled. I don't know. I use 3 devices for to connect me in the site, and nothing. (Pc, notebook and tablet). Only I use Firefox as my fave browser since years ago.
Is strange, but I will check out the javascript. Thanks @vgryphon for the posible solution.

@DakotaWahl - Grandpa's Grove will actually be at its cheapest on July 18th at only 475 points. If you can hold off until then, that is a pretty good savings. Not sure if you know about this thread Current Daily Deal Rotation where you can see all of the upcoming deals, and click on the link to the spreadsheet at the top of page one to find out exactly when the next deal that you want should appear.

That's true. The store and forums have been acting weird lately. Maybe the servers are aging and slowing down. Glad to hear that you got it.

Hello all, I am still working to complete Ragtime in the Big Easy (Which will make Jan 2013 Comp. free, currently @ 180 so the whole set should not be needed : D), the Sweet Escape Nursery (Which will make April 2011 Comp. free, currently @ 380 so the whole set should not be needed : D), and the Charmingly Simple Kitchen Collection (It is at 50 points right now only 3 pieces left). WL in signature, any help would be appreciated (Items on my wishlist start at one and stop before the Audrey Hepfire Vintage)

Still working on the Ultra Lounge Kitchen Set! That's my main focus right now since it's on sale and I somehow missed that. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Actually, the -best- deal for that set will be on August 17th (early next rotation) for 59% (779 sp) off instead of 41% (1121 sp) off.
