Ok, so I am so excited I just had to share! I finally uploaded my first TV character Sim, Derek Hale from Teen Wolf! I have test played him and he is so much fun to play! I’m thinking eventually I’m going to do a story with him... That involves fairies... Bahahahahaha!
I have three versions of him up for download, one with blue eyes, one with red eyes, and a human only version for those that don’t have Supernatural. He is also CC free.
I swear that hair I used is the Duck’s Tail, a store item (from Everyday - Cool Summer Nights), yet it’s not showing under Store Items Used.
ETA: Also, the human version still says you need Supernatural, and I made sure there was nothing Supernatural on him. It also says he has the Ink Drop Poker Pocket Shirt... Um, no. Confused.
@wittanthony1, sending you hugs and prayers sweetie! I'm so sorry about your Grandma, having to go through her things. My Grandmom passed 3 years ago, and I miss her every day. We're moving, and I keep coming across pictures of her, it's made me cry off and on all day. Hang in there honey, get your support, you can do it!

Wow! Thank you all so much for the support for the checklist! I was starting to second-guess myself about whether it would really be useful to other people, but it looks like I have quite a lot of interest! I promise to relax too, @bekkasan, but I do want to see this through! It is my sacred DD stalking duty to bring this tool to life.
As for relaxing though, I've finally started CAWing my Buffy the Vampire Slayer world! It's probably years from completion, but that's still a huge step forward for this project. It's been in my head and sketched out on paper for so long, so it's very exciting to see Sunnydale come to life.
Pictures!!! We want pictures...that is the royal we as I am sure @Alphafen would like to see them too.
I had the best time beta testing @flstrider's world so if you ever need that....I can steal hubby's laptop again. His world was too large for my puter too handle, but, hubby's puter did great. I've even started a small save in that world with a new character as Tim only uses his laptop when he is on the machine!
@mothersuperior2 I've gotten a few ads over last couple of days so thanks for your help. Most of them have been when I should be sleeping, so at least it gives me something else to do other than toss and turn and I've gifted again, so that is cool

@KittyKat8103 I agree! @wittanthony1 Sorry you have been depressed. I believe there is a thing called 'anniversary grief' or similar. Sometimes I have felt really down, and then realised later it is around the date someone close had died. I hope you feel better now. Perhaps your contest will distract you. I find distraction therapy very useful. It's why I play the Sims! @gnlovew I hope you are feeling better now. (I took a picture to show my husband that I am actually packing! It's amazing how much dust books collect. ) There are so many things I need to be doing, and all I want to do is sim! @ gnlovew - It took me forever to find out who it was that was after Le Cirque Noveau, never thinking it was through a PM that we were talking about it! So, I have decided to post this here because it's easier to find!

Sometimes I think you are so generous in your gifting to others that you forget about yourself... which is very sweet, actually.
I just gifted you the new Le Cirque Noveau stuff you had on you WL - but, I'd like to suggest that you break up the Luxe Loungewear set, since that's on sale this week. You might also break up some of the other sets on your WL, too... Unless, you are entered in a contest and it wouldn't work for you.
MMAO offers some of the Pushin' Pedals bikes for a decent price and that helps with bringing down your CYS on that set. But you can list these set items individually on your WL and this will help you a lot if someone decides to gift any of the individual items from the set.
I have to admit that I got tired, pretty quickly, of seeing Pushin' Pedals come up as a set on my MMAO and ruining great deals when I knew I could get it for so much less on the DD. So, I avoided MMAO until I could finally buy this set on the DD when it came up at it's lowest price.
I just checked the spreadsheet and the Pushin' Pedals set will be offered at the lowest price on August 13th (depending on where you're located, of course) - so I would suggest trying to get it off your WL at this time. After which, you can get any other things that are offered through MMAO that you really want to help bring down your CYS, or are not offered on the DD, without having that set interfere.
Well, at least they also don't give me an ad, but still. If they have an ad, they should show it. If they have additional criteria, then don't say there is an offer then revoke the offer if you don't like the answer given.

@VGryphon - any ad that asks for personal info, I just completely avoid. It isn't worth the 0.05 cents it offers in exchange for my personal info or even any false info! Think cookies downloaded to your computer! Though most have security software sophisticated enough to get rid of that stuff.

There is another ad I have been getting for several months now regarding "Liking" Turkish Airlines on Facebook! No way, for me at least! I even posted on this forum about it with Zero response! And I can't imagine I'm the only one getting these ads. In fact, I'm sure I even had a couple pop up when I was recently back home in California. I'm sure, if not convinced, these ads keep coming up because no is using them.
I am suspecting the store isn't using much discretion in whom they sell ads to these days!

I have complete faith that you are very vigilant... especially after learning a bit about you on TnT_Terry's simgo contest and learning about your wonderful spreadsheet. I never meant to suggest otherwise. I'm also computer savvy. It's horrible at work where we are in a network "security bubble" with no contact to the outside world! Lol!
@friday027, the quote doesn't matter. I wouldn't always recommend people follow my example, but I've been focused on computers since I was twelve, and pardon the lack of humility, I'm really good with computers. If need be, I can rebuild my computer from parts up. Considering that is what I did with my last 4-5 machines + several friends machines, I'm not worried about that. I'd be annoyed, but I can do it.
Basically, I understand the risks of what I'm doing and if I have to fix it, I'll only have myself to blame. If someone asked me what I would suggest they do, I would honestly say what you said: avoid those ads.
I thank you for the discussion though, as it is a good cue for me to clean out all my cookies.

The world really did look incredible, but I can't believe how fast flstrider was building it. I have a feeling my project could take much, much longer. I'm such a slow builder! But, when it does finally get to a testing stage, I'd love for you to help if you're still willing.
