Whoops I like "Stones Throw Greenhouse" because it looks very cool, I can try and build my own greenhouse, it will help my sims with growing a better garden. The reason why my sister likes "World of Wonder Carousel Collection" because it has a real moving Carousel. We ride them in RL when we get the chance. It is so much fun She also picked "The Duke of Bows Renaissance Faire" because she likes Archery. We both have done it in RL as well.

Favorite Venue and Why: The Lucky Simoleon Casino. I remember how bad I wanted it when it was first released along with Lucky Palms. I loved watching my sims play the slot machines and blackjack tables while picking up the new gambling skill. I think I even placed a couple of slot machines and blackjack tables in the basement of my sims' house, and watched them get rich through that after they increased their gambling skill. I have a wedding arch on the casino lot in my current game and use it as a wedding venue. All my sims get married to their partners there. I really like the fountain/sculpture from the venue. I've thought of using it as a decor item for my sims' houses, but never actually get around to building or remodelling houses anymore.

3. well there is a few I havnt got to play with yet but so far the boho Garden I love all the new plants it has been a hoot finding new seeds around my sims all seem to have green thumb I may as well start a legacy of gardener sims lol if i didnt get bored and switch families so often

3. The Boardwalk is my favorite. I am a bit of a roller coaster fanatic, so I really love having the ability to build them for my sims. I played with a fan-made one in TS2, and was really happy when they came out with a store one for TS3. It's also a challenge to me to try and build different coasters with the limited parts we have, for different amusement parks. I love the way we can change what the sections do in-game as well. Such a nice touch! Before Sims, I played a lot of Roller Coaster Tycoon (all three), and still love those, so this venue is like having a bit of that with sims instead of teeny people I can't control.
I have most of the venues now, and two of the three I don't are pretty low cost. The third is the arcade, which I hope to see come for free in a DD. Any way to assign the points to other things, or a big set, if we win?

What has been your favorite venue to play in your game thus-far? That's really tough! I think it's a tie between the Bakery and the Greenhouse because they are the ones my master gardener and 5 star chef fairy likes to go to the most. I recently got the Boardwalk, but haven't had a chance to play it to form an opinion on it.

3. My favorite venue thus far is the Stone's Throw Greenhouse. The execution is not without its flaws, but I LOVE all the items that come with it, and the look of the greenhouse is really pretty. I play a lot of gardening sims, so it's right up my alley.

I've been playing a lot with items from Business as Usual Bistro . The menus are such fun because everyone in the household can order anything that any of them can cook. So when they have an aspiration to eat a certain food they don't know yet, they can just order it from another family member who does know it. I've place the menu/stove combo in each of the adventure worlds, so my family can eat lots of delicacies! much better than those stale brownies they dig out of dungeons

Favorite Venue: I don't really place too many venues, but rather buy them for all the new decor, build objects, and PC, which I use throughout my game for various things. I did drop the Boardwalk into Roaring Heights yesterday to check it out, though, cause I've had them for over a year and haven't played them yet. It'd be much cooler if it wasn't so glitchy. I'm also really pumped about the bakery. I love baking.

Fave Venue and why: While I don't actually play it 'cause I have no idea how to use the accompanying display cases, I the Deliciously Indulgent Bakery, it's just SO beautiful! If I could I'd slap it right down in Champs Les Sims and play it. (Venues/Worlds are on the bottom of my list btw.)
I love- AS IN LOVE- the Business as Usual Bistro! It's great design and style. It's just timeless enough to slide it into several towns- I use it in IP and swing it around so the GREAT two story ceilings and windows can take full advantage of the view. You can have a real menu with real table service. There's a cool lounge upstairs where you can place a professional bar and hire out that job and create something of a real destination for the night.
Speaking of destination the Plumbob Movie Theater is a close second in favorite venue. I love the ticket system and the movie screen as well as the overall look of the building. I'm planning on merging the two in IP by building a small kitchen for the Industrial Oven and setting up the bistro tables and menus on the back patio of the movie theater in place of the "bar area" there now. I think I'll set up a "professional bar upstairs instead which is just dead space in that building creating an even better date night venue.
BTW, I waited for daily sales on every venue I've ever purchased BUT if I had played with the Bistro first I might have paid full price for it! LOL!

(only venues that you already own): I like them all because they all add different and new game play to the game, but if I had to pick one I would probably say Le Cinema Plumbob because of its Large as Life Movie Screen. It actually does feel like you are at the movies and Home Movies would look so good on it as well.
@JasonAnthonySterling that is awesome!! do you use mods in your game? if so, i have a mod installed in mine where you can add/edit/delete multiple shifts per oven AND instead of having the chef do the cooking and taking the orders, you'll be able to hire a waitress and set their hourly pay ... if you would be interested in that mod, message me, and i'll send you the link!
