    Hello friends and Simmers and welcome to this New WIP :D

    Introducing This grand, Country and Contemporary Style Home WIP. I am going to add lots of dark woods,Some neutral colors, Lots of cozy and warm furnishings with the modern mod cons and mixed decor, slightly luxurious but homey at the same time.

    I am very fond of the home so much that I might as well complete In this WIP!


    Styles I will be using for this Nameless home, Which by the way I would love some idea's for a name for it please? because this wasn't planned and just sort of happened by mistake lol.

      I wasn't going to do another full house just yet but glad I am :D and looking forward to using the outdoor pack content to because I haven't really used it yet B)

      Your new WIP looks very nice! :) The exterior design of the home looks very nice! Very nice roofing! The red colour of the walls, the white edging on the roofing and the white colour of the balconies look great together! The stone texture of the exterior looks nice. Nice covered over front porchway. The balconies are very nice! The chimneys look great how you have placed them on the home. The dome type windows look very nice how you have placed them. Your styles and ideas for the home sound great! I will look forward to seeing updates of your build! :)

      Looks good so far! I like the play with textures, the stone and wall sidings work well together. I also like all the balconies, lots of space for sims to enjoy themselves outside.

      Yes it's going to be a fully furnished home throughout and the screenshots will start later tonight!


      I'm doing the kitchen and the lounge right now and a bathroom and a nursery on the ground level first!

      I am happy to hear you like the design of the exterior, I am starting to enjoy roof building a little bit more and wanted to give it a little grandness :D


      It's given me an idea for a future wedding chapel with the shape at least as I think we need one a little like we have in the UK with a crematory around it!

      I loved the red wood and the stone texture with the white detail and need to still add more detail for the porches and balcony's yet though!

      I wanted to add a few styles into it and mission is one of the main styles! I never normally build with it but love the lighting and some of the furnishings with it <3

      Happy to hear you like the work and space so far and will be adding more detail to the porches and balcony's to complete them!


      I want to add a pond but I worry it won't show so i might have to create something with the fountain instead with rocks and flowers etc etc

      It will have lots of green and color in the garden and i might add a pool if I have room for one but going to have to relocate the lot because I'm running out of space for the garden :\

      Your WIP is looking very nice! :) The lounge is very nice! Very nice layout and furnishing of the room! It looks nice how you have placed the bookcases in the corners of the room. The clock alcove is nice! The plants look nice placed either sides of the clock. Nice study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer. The pictures on the walls of the room are nice for sims to see whilst in the room studying and reading. Nice fireplace sitting area. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and arnchairs there having a read and a chat, whilst warming up by the fire. The sun decor looks great on the wall. The type of and placement of the blue curtains in the room looks nice, and they go well with the wall pattern. Sims will have fun playing chess on the chess table. The blue coloured seats look nice, and go well in the colour scheme of the room. Very nice kitchen and dining room! Great design and furnishing of the room! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! Very nice island double stoves counter! Nice eat in dining area. Sims will enjoy eating meals at the dining table there. The kitchen decor items on the counters and the fruit bowl on the dining table are nice for sims to see when preparing meals and eating there. It looks nice that you have used bay windows in the build, and the floor tiling is nice. It looks nice how you have placed the fruit pictures and cutlery on the kitchen walls. The blue and brown colour scheme of bathroom one looks nice, and the plants on the sink are nice touches of green in the room. Very nice nursery! The toy animals and the lady bug floor rug look cute there! The patttern on the wall is nice. It looks nice how you have placed the animal pictures on the wall, with the bigger picture inbetween the smaller ones. Child sims will like reading and playing with their toys there.
      They are very nice rooms :)

      Your WIP is looking very nice! :) The study is very nice! Nice wall paneling, and the yellow flowers on the study desk are sunny for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting using the computer there or reading a book. The floor rug adds a nice look in the room. It looks great how you have placed the bookcases in the corners of the room. The placement of the pictures on both of the corner walls looks nice. Very nice master bedroom! It looks nice that you have placed windows and curtains behind the bedhead. The plants on the bedside table are nice touches there. The wooden flooring looks nice. It looks nice the types of curtains that you have used in both the bedroom and bathroom. The blue flowers on the bathroom sink are nice for sims to see when bathing there. It looks nice how you have placed the two towels on the wall.
      The rooms look very nice :)
