The Marina and Bungalows builds are very nice Great layout of both of the builds. Great exterior of the bungalows in the first build! Nice porch areas for sims to enjoy sitting on the rocking chairs or in the hanging chairs enjoying the outdoors air. It looks very nice how you have done the flowers in the outdoors areas. Very nice pool area! The water jet features and the rock waterfall fountain are nice for sims to see whilst enjoying relaxing on the loungers in the sunshine. The pool edge paving looks great. Great playground corner. Child sims will have fun playing on the playground equipment , riding the spring rider or in the sand pit there. Great outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking on the grill and eating the cooked meal on the picnic table in the sunshine. Sims will have fun playing basketball.Nice furnishing of the interior of the bungalows. The texture of the walls looks great. Nice pattern that you have used for the beds. The type of dining seats that you have used suits the type of building. The patterned floor mat under the table looks nice. Sims will like relaxing on the sofa there having a read of a book from the bookcase with the fireplace to keep the room warm. Sims will have fun doing archery. Great cafe and eating building. Sims will enjoy having a drink or meal from the bar or buying some food or a drink from the barista bar there. Sims will enjoy sitting chatting around the firepit keeping warm or toasting food. The big bear statue outside looks great! The Marina build is a great place for sims to enjoy visiting! The surfboard themed seats look nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seats enjoying the sea views. Sims will enjoy having a snowcone there. It looks great that you have placed cannons on the deck. The life rings look great on the side exterior of the building. The fish themed pictures on the walls of the interior are nice for sims to see when buying from the register and suit the ocean location of the build. The mermaid, octopus toy and boat on the shelves looks great there.It looks great that you have placed crates and barrels on the deck. The fish teeth look great!

Both the sim park marina and sim park bungalows looks wonderful! Makes me think of vacation and summer fun! LOVE those vacation cabins and the pool area! Also what a wonderful view from the pool! The lot is set as commercial/visitors allowed. It's not a resort because I didn't want the reception desk.
There is also a laundromat, small restaurant with baristo and of course some community toilets and showers.
Martha's Tearooms is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting to have a nice cup of tea outdoors in the air and sunshine , something to eat ,and to make jam ! Very nice exterior of the building! The dormers and the roofing look great! Great patterning on the exterior. It looks nice the type of and how you have placed the windows! Very nice outdoors areas! It looks great how you have used the new fencing and the arch gates. The wishing well is nice there. It looks very nice how you have done the flowers through the outdoors. The barrels look great . The Sims will like being able to buy produce from the outdoors market stand to use to make jams. The string lights look nice placed on the exterior. It looks great how you have placed the water wheel and have done the water. The greenery on the exterior looks nice.! It looks great how you have used the corn decor in the outdoors. Child sims will have playing on the playground equipment. Very nice outdoors area where sims can sit and enjoy having a nice cup of tea! The pattern on the teaset and tablecloth is very pretty.It looks great how you have placed a barrel and wheel beside the front door. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the build! Great texture and colour that you have used for the interior walls. It looks great how you have done the room area with the bookcase, flour and canning jars. The new tools look great there. It looks nice how you have placed red and green chillis on the wall, and the plants looks nice the. Very nice bakery and indoors dining area! The pattern on the tablecloths looks very pretty and the roses on the tables are very nice for sims to see when eating or drinking there. Sims will enjoy buying food from the bakery display shelves or a drink or cake from the barista bar and enjoy dining at the tables. The hearts decor on the walls is nice. It looks great how you have used the teapot themed ceiling and wall lights! It looks nice how you have placed the cake and cupcake stands on the counters for sims to see when buying food or a drink. Nice type of and pattern of the curtains there and also in the upper kitchen area..Great design and furnishing of the second floor kitchen area. Sims will enjoy doing canning there. Nice types of dining seats and tables that you have used through the build. The breadsticks and flan stand looks nice on the kitchen window ledge. Sims will enjoy having a meal at the kitchen table too,and then have a drink of lemonade from the jug you have placed there. The fireflies ceiling lights look nice.Nice description that you have written for the exchange link.

Maywood House is very nice! Very nice exterior of it! The roofing is great! Great texture of the exterior and the greenery on the exterior looks nice. It looks great the type of and how you have done the fencing. The string lights along the front porch looks nice. Nice flower box windows that you have used in the build. The pond is very nice! The lily pads, rocks and flowers there look nice. Sims will like collecting eggs from the coop at their home or have fun playing with the chickens. It is great that sims will enjoy cooking a meal on the grill and enjoy eating it outdoors in the sunshine at the picnic table.Very nice furnishing of the interior of the house! The kitchen is very nice! Nice type of kitchen counters that you have used, and the patterning on the kitchen curtains looks nice. The basket of eggs is a nice touch there. The dining area nook near the stairs is a nice place for sims to enjoy eating their meals. Great type of dining seats that you have used which suits the type of home.Great living room! Very nice fireplace corner nook area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the rocking chair warming up in front of the fire. The candlelight on the side table there looks nice that you have placed it there. Nice sofa sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting having a chat together. Very nice loft single beds room! The pattern on the beds looks nice and the teapot lamp on the bedside table between the bed looks nice and will be great for sims when reading in bed at night time. The plants on the bedhead wall are nice for sims to see when going to bed. Nice upper stairs landing area for sims to enjoy relaxing on the seat there and having a read. Nice tea table corner area outdoors for sims to enjoy drinking a nice cup of tea, out in the sunshine.Very nice patterning of the tea table.
