This equestrian training center was built for the large clifftop lot at 438 Tidal Terrace in Barnacle Bay. It features racing and intermediate/advanced jumping courses, a separate practice jump for novices, three indoor stables, a romantic hay loft, a riding gear & gift shop, and a cafe.
No CC, no CAP - checked in Custard.
Lot Size: 60x60
There are a few things to note about this lot:
- Unfortunately the clothes on the manikins in the shop will not transfer, as placing a new copy of the the lot from your library will always reset them. If you want them to fit in, you'll have to assign them new outfits yourself.
- Very occasionally horses running the course will go crazy and start running through the fences. Cancelling the action and then directing them to start again fixes the issue. I play-tested for many days and only had this happen once, but I thought I should mention it.
- I experienced no other routing issues while play-testing, but please bear in mind horses are weird and glitchy in general. The other day I was on a totally empty 50x50 in AP and kept getting routing failure when my sim tried to brush his horse.
- I have zoned the lot as an 'Equestrian Center' because I don't like loads of horses showing up and getting in my way. If you feel the lot is a bit empty, and are keen to make new friends for your horse, try switching the lot type to 'Horse Ranch'.

I love the new set from the store! It inspired me to build Creaky Wheels Mill. This farm house contains 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kithen, dining room, laundry room, mud room, outside barbecue area, chicken coops, veggie patch, 2 waterfalls and 2 water mills. Hope you guys like my build. All comments, downloads and recommendations are appreciated. Here are some pics:
I love history, so I made a Kirkbride building, based off of the State Hospital that was in my town. I shrank it down it a little, however.
Find it here. Take a look; I'm not great at building, so it's a little bland on the outside, but the inside has a lot. In fact, I used photos from the old hospital for reference.
A State Hospital is also known as an "Insane Asylum", though I don't like that term.
AND NOW FOR:
Also included is a graveyard, beauty parlor (They would service up to 500 women a month!) and a room for the hospital band to play.
The crowded room in the basement stands for an actual event. An old hospital had a marching band, its uniforms cluttered in the basement. When it closed, the uniforms were burned.
In honor of the season I built a modern beach getaway...
Please feel free to comment or even download and recommend. Hope everyone enjoys it and their summer.

Here is the history of this house. I bought this house in 1986, in Michigan and sold it in 1994. I bought another house lived there for a while, then in 2005 moved to Georgia. I was sent a picture of the Strathmoor house. The family it was sold too lost it, and it is now boarded up and falling apart. I kept with the original design of the house as I remember it. The only difference is the basement area, didn't do that like the original. everything else is the same. the fountain in the yard was a rock garden when I lived there.
He does have some LTW, not sure if those transfer. Should note: Permanent Mermaid and Age Freeze. Most of his outfits are swimmer themed. Don't mind the scaly legs; trust me, ocean lotion doesn't work.

Giada Boscono made some unhealthy choices that nearly caused her life. But with some help from friends, family and "A Certain Facility", she now has a new lease in life. With a healthier body and amazing style, a career in fashion is now in the works. Can Giada overcome her fears and conquer a very cut throat industry or will she just freak out about everything and be back to square one?
