I just uploaded my first community lot which is a Supernatural-themed coffee shop that was made in Moonlight Falls and ONLY contains content from Supernatural, University, and the base game. Please bear in mind that this is the very first community lot I've made and that I'm not the best builder, so please be nice if you choose to say something about it. Simply saying, "This sucks!" or, "You're the worst builder ever!" Isn't very constructive since it doesn't help anyone improve. Advice on building better lots is appreciated though!

For years Hexwell's Sanctuary of Mystic has been a refuge for outstanding young ladies with outstanding abilities. Here Umbra Hexwell has taken in four young women, all very different in their own way. I actually made this build a while ago but couldn't stop tweaking it to make it upload ready. Umbra Hexwell is the head & mentor to the other ladies of the house. A highly skilled witch conducting her magic with poise & grace, she strives to help the others discover all of their abilities.
Blair Spelling is the only other witch in the house. A little known fact is that she is in fact Umbra's nice. A rather well-known fact is that she's a mean-spirited snob with prejudice tendencies with her mystics vs. monsters. Believing that mystics (witches, faries, etc.) hold higher ranking & importance above "monsters" (vampires, werewolves & the like.)
Vampires have always had a natural reputation for being blood thirsty man-hunters. However the same cannot be said for Ember Claret, the daughter of Dracula. Very few know this, as she isn't proud of her father's nature, so she usually goes by a story that she was turned into a vampire... However, Ember is a down-to-earth, friendly young woman, who is looking to show everyone that she is not her terrifying stereotype, but in fact, just an aspiring musician who loves to party.
Meet Tala Wolf a real party animal... no pun intended for the fact that she is a werewolf. When she's not partying the night away or sleeping in, she's pushing her athleticism to the limits.
Flora Willows can only be described as the ultimate flower child, mainly because she can talk to them. She's a bright, earth-loving, peacemaker, with a bit of a mischievous side, but still would never hurt a fly.
The Hexwell House has been around for years, passed down in Umbra's family over the years & this new generation of supernaturals she's recently taken under her wing are sure to stir up the place. Although someone's been stirring it up for about half a century. They Call her Mona Banshea, once a resident there, she died when what was supposed to be a harmless magic trick from her roommate, turned into a spell gone horribly wrong & she was turned into a human statue instead. Mona is just as shy & timid in death as she was in life, so she usually hides in the attic. Her human & Ghost form are available for download.

Only "living" staff at the Hexwell House is Thorton Stafford, a quite & solitary man who filled the position of house cook. Many are put off by his loner stance, but he may very well be one of the only people in town that know what truly goes on in the Hexwell House & doesn't speak bout it.
I always wanted to build an Adobe style home for Lucky Palms world and today I shared 'La Paz'. This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, library, laundry area, garage, 3 balconies, swimming pool with outside shower and a barbecue area. I hope you guys like it. All comments, downloads and recommendations are appreciated. Here are some pics:
It all started with Marty and Justine Keaton, sims that come with Sunset Valley. They had a baby boy named Robert and adopted a puppy named Theo. They went into the future, Justine created a plumbot named Soni. They went back to the present, Robert started dating Claire Ursine's daughter, Karliah. Marty, Justine, Robert, and Soni move into a large mansion and Robert has his wedding with Karliah behind the house. Karliah and Claire Ursine move in and shortly after, Claire drowns in the swimming pool. Justine gets enough lifetime reward points for the genie lamp, summons the genie, and befriended her. She released the genie (her name is Jennifer) and she became part of the family). Jennifer went to City Hall to change her last name to Keaton, becoming an unofficial Keaton family member. Robert & Karliah had a baby girl named Claire, whom they named after Karliah's mother. Jennifer later moves out of the mansion and is on her own. The family often visits Jennifer all the time. The Keatons move out of the mansion into a cabin, where Justine grows nothing but death flowers. It is here where Marty and Theo expires and you continue their story from there.
I know it is a huge read, but it is good.

P.S. Justine will not be expiring for a long time, since she has like 20 death flowers in her inventory.

I wanted to add a mill to the Stone Troll Fish Pond in Moonlight Falls using the new Old Mill set. I think it makes the lot a little bit more interesting. I used a few décor items from the Store. They can be swapped for other items. Enjoy!

An inviting summer cottage made with only base game items. Fully stocked garden, nursery with master and guest (or teenage) bedroom. Bookcases are stocked with all base game books and themed to each room. Hobby room, pond with bridge, barbecue & eating area and play equipment in back garden. No CC or CAP. All items upgraded, playtested to the best of my ability. By BakingNerd, renovation of the standard poodle from Riverview.
