I was wondering if I could edit my request to any builder? I realize you guys are all so busy and I'd be thrilled with any one of you building my request
This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has Craftsmen charm!
1st floor master and bath, large living room w/fireplace, eat in kitchen.
2nd floor 2 girls rooms w/bath, 2 boys rooms w/bath and play area.
Large 3rd floor attic perfect for expansion. $80,000
This new build is a DNA Request Team build for Purple_Roses2110. It's a Gothic/Victorian manor with 5 family bedrooms, maids' and butler's quarters, formal living spaces and secrets!
DNA team is the best. I truly love all the lots that are made here (I'm not exagerating if I say that I downloaded almost everything). To the whole team I would like to say a big thank you, you make my game more beautiful. Keep up your amazing work!!!

Updated my Page 6 request again. @.@ I'm shocked at how much I own now. And I'm still short some stuff for the full Tiki effect, ah well, maybe someday.
Taryn: FREAKING EPIC BUILD! You use some of Roaring Heights for it?
Thank you Cynth and Lory! No Cynth, I do not own Roaring Heights, it was not used on Rosebrook Estates.
Also, Cynth, I left you a note on my CC thread, but maybe you'll see it here. I do not think I'd be a good choice as a houseboat builder. I have never made one and have actually only spent about 15 minutes in the Islamd Paradice World. I build 99% of the time and play very little. I love the build items from IP, but ...heh heh...haven't actually played it. I own but haven't actually played played University, Dragon Valley, Midnight Hollow, Lucky Palms, Sunlit Tides and Monte Vista...I know... It's shocking and horrifying but true!! I dearly love the build items though! But for this reason, I won't take on a houseboat or a resort at this time. I just do not know the mechanics of These builds because I haven't played them. Playing the Sims is building homes, for me. I hope you understand.
My teamates though, they have made some gorgeous houseboats! You couldn't go wrong with any of them.

Hey Guys (And Gals) I got a question about the Public Room marker from buydebug, if I were to download an apartment complex (even though I don't have the right Expansion for it yet) could I use that to mark other rooms in the building as apartments and still use it as it's intended use for a self-made sim?
Sashraf - Cottage Craftsman is gorgeous! I adore craftsman style homes and I constantly thank the powers that be that I was fortunate enough to be chosen to join a club where I can get my regular fix! Rec'd and downloaded!!

Mrs TTW - Rosebrook Estate - what can I say - it is divine and dazzling and delightfully delectable!! Another must have for my game! Another gastronomical buffet of scrumptious architectural goodies! At this rate my hard drive is going to end up suffering from gout!
Just got RH this weekend! So excited about trying an Art Deco! I'll claim this one!

Cynth, I'm pretty sure the markers for various expansion lots, although they come with patches and are visible as baseame, won't do anything without their corresponding expansion which contaiins coding and such. So I don't think it'd work as intended, if at all. Like I know the seasonal lot marker is in the game, but as far as I remember without seasons you don't even get options to decorate for other seasons.
Edited because it's half past two in the morning and I'm a troglodyte who accideantally checked the disable BbCode box.

I do not know how this would work, Cynth. I'm pretty sure what nerdy says is correct though. Unless you have the corresponding EPs the markers may not work at all. Unfortunately most of the team owns most of the EPs so it would be hard for us to say what would work with only the ones you own. Patches often add items to the buydebug catalog (i.e. markers) but don't always work without the right EP and while we can specifically build lots using items from specific EPs and excluding others, we can't always be certain about patch levels and buydebug items.
You could certainly do a little experiment of your own though and see how it works. If you do, please let us know the results as this could be useful information for many.
In the mean time if anyone else has information about this, you're invited to share it here for Cynth and the team.

Hey T glad to see you back! {hugs}
Tip about Hanging Hearts: They can fit a double wide window as a kind of window decor.

There is a little path that cuts across the brook to a greenhouse and wishing well. The wishing well surely inspires a little closer exploration:
