Brett! Good to see you back again. We don't need the Cheers bar since we with have lots of old English pubs like the Red Dragon. Have you had time to check out Majix Cove. You have to work on the shopping center.

Thank you, really glad to be back ! I still think I want to build something like Cheers one day. Maybe not for Majix though, we do have quite a few bars and clubs now, and actually, don't we need a couple more? Like the beach bar and one or two of the the clubs. I know I still need to do the fusion lounge, I am going to have to get way better at landscaping for that. I want to have a pond in it and I am horrible with that building tool.
Holy cow, another set! I don't own this one, I don't even recognize it, LOL.
Edit: Actually, the DD page says I don't own it, but the actual set page says I do. How rude. And sad that I own a set that I didn't know I owned and clearly never used.

Finally got around to starting our MH ballroom/dance club! Let me know what you guys think ^^
The lot is 3 stories and the tower of course. The first floor is the ballroom. Second floor is a kind of 'balcony' that wraps around the edges, giving the first floor high ceilings. The third floor will be the more modern dance club. I plan to add bars, a bistro oven, party maximus statue, and some other stuff.
Front (ignore Kara and her kite ):
Right Side (can see some of the curtain detail I started on the inside):
Back (Staircase leads to a side door into the 'modern' club on the top floor):
Left Side (Door leads into 3rd floor 'modern' club):
Going to polish it up and change the windows a bit as I decorate the interior probably. What do you guys think? I'm not the best at shells so :oops:

I love it, Lauren! I like the traditional style of it that keeps in theme with the other MH buildings, has a fancy haunted house feel to it. Looking forward to seeing it finished!
On the topic of the DD, I should probably buy those two Sale! sets I was putting off. As a reminder, the Sale! stuff is switching out tomorrow (how is it already Thursday today? My whole schedule is off since I ended up taking Monday off work).

And liking the dance-hall Lauren, I particularly like your plan for a balcony or mezzanine floor above the ballroom, should give it a good 'clubby' feel.
I feel like we're repeating the last rotation now... I really never need to see this statue again.
