I also adore Mayzie Grobe (Sims 3 Seasons) and Snakes (Sims 4 Vampires) - I'm still pretty miffed I could never buy Snakes as a music track. But, for the actual videos themselves, these are my faves:
never skipping urbz opening even if the girl has no organs its just a big early 2000 vibe
the grand simming dream really still wishing i could play that
I love vibes in this with the old sims music and twitching from the perfect happy land to possessed sims
tbh ts4 has so many good ones i could be listing here
and as always I will not skip on mentioning makin' magic (even if you said 3)
it might be old but it'll always be gold
+I like how it shows just lots of gameplay and nothing else while being entirely magical throughout
I like Sims 4 Spa Day Refresh trailer, it's my 4th choice.

The sims medieval intro : great narration that establishes the player as 'the watcher' it is a shame that the expansion pack replaced it with regular screenshots
Sims 4 realm of magic: I was really hyped for that pack and it is still one of my favourites.
Sims 4 cottage living : the one with the llama talking because it had humor and was informative at the same time
Sims 4 seasons : there is one clip with a sim walking through the seasons which is awesome
Sorry, I just can't get it down to just 3 but then again I don't know if game intros count as videos.
