Hello all! Hope everyone is keeping safe!

Long time Sims player here and love the franchise but decided after all these years playing Sims, Ark, Minecraft etc I'd like to try create my own project!

Enter Everstead!

Everstead is set in the world of Prosperity where you create your own path and use the natural resources to survive and then thrive.

FEATURES:

-Explore the world of Prosperity and survive in its environment.

-Construct buildings to enhance your world and progress from just surviving to thriving!

-Collect Prosperity fragments around the world which give a variety of perks to your character.

-Manage a variety of simulated player stats (Hunger, Thirst, Energy, Joy, Health etc)

So a work in progress but I'm hoping it might interest a few people. Not exactly like The Sims I appreciate but its my take on trying to give players the freedom to explore and create a little pocket world they can call their own. Just a bit of peace away from the real world I guess!

At least minimally working haha thanks . I'm hoping to release a demo in the new year so will update the thread when that happens! All the underlying systems are in place really for that to happen, just need to polish it up and add menu etc, after that I can allow a few people to play it as I add more content. Appreciate your response thanks!

Ooh, I'll check it out in the coming months. I'm interested in knowing the exact details behind the features you mentioned in your original post

, well feel free to follow the YT if you want, will update with progress updates. Will do much shorter dev logs in future, turns out 30 minutes is a lot lol, just can't stop talking ;D.
