The sims with Open AI?

I wonder... how would the sims be like if they added open AI? They could probably do things that no normal AI can do; heck NPC sims could probably build their own houses, Story progression would be pretty wild if this was added, all kinds of things would happen and I mean ALL! Yes I am kinda suggesting this because if such AI was added to the sims, OH MAN!! the NPC sims would become SUPER interesting. o.o
I just watched a vid that showed Open ai do some crazy stuff, open Ai is pretty much Ai on steroids. I can imagine more games such as Skyrim having Open ai, oh god, the fun that would come out of that, brings more life into video games.
