Happy Haunts Game Pack Ideas Corner

Based on my last poll (https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/980385/game-packs-you-want-the-most/p1), Happy Haunts seems to be the most popular GP request, so I thought we‘d make a thread to show what the community experts from such a game pack.

Many houses are boarded up with broken windows. Just some curious people, ghosts, Bonehilda and a fortune teller shop remain.

I would pay SO MUCH MONEY for this to be a game pack. Like a dumb amount of money. I love this so much, it's everything I'm about lol.
How about some new traits too?
Occult Fanatic: Absolutely OBSESSED with the supernatural. Wants nothing more than to discover their presence and prove their existence. I mean, how else are they going to finish their fanfiction about their imaginary vampire boyfriend without some source material? Instead of getting terrified by occults, they're super excited.
Scaredy Cat: Ghosts and Vampires and Werewolves oh my! Is terrified to death of anything supernatural and gets frightened alot more easily when occults are nearby.
Sims should also be able to be “scared to death“ when they‘re too scared.
The whole fortune telling and seance would be so much fun, I wish they could make them active careers bc it would just be too much fun not to, and if they could add that Fall Festival like Sims 3 had, it had cool stuff like the haunted house with different outcomes. Add the brave trait too in addition to fearful, and the loves or doesn't love Occults. Could give those Sims that do love Occults an opportunity to be one, hang with them more, or even offer to give them a bite ( I wish our Sims could offer a Vampire a bite, and like in 3 if they were romantic it would be on neck and if only a friend then on the wrist, which could play into other things later if they did add attractions, but ill stay on topic)
Bonehilda, she is the coolest I've ever seen. It would be cool if it was a big enough pack that included a world (with more usuable lots) and had werewolves and integrate the dislike they and vampires have, but they cant forget already made vampires and make sure that dislike for other Sims is portrayed as it should be. Have a catacombs that Sims can venture thru ( rabbit hole even) and a graveyard career that could require a Sim to do different things to get promoted in it, and even perhaps different things depending on what Occult you are, or even if youre human.
There are just so so many great ideas already mentioned, I really love this idea so much 🎃
Regarding a ghost update, since some realist players would be mad if ghosts got a base game overhaul, maybe instead add a ghost skill tree like the vampire's that's only included with this pack.
Ghosts would start off as they are now but could obtain strengths and weaknesses as they level up.
Possible Strengths:
- Scare to death - Would give a sim a scared buff (need fear emotion) and enough scares could result in a new emotional death.
- Haunt - Will disappear and random objects will start floating with sounds of moaning and chain rattling. Would make sims on lot afraid.
- Possess - Can take control of another sim and make them do random things.
- Freeze Needs - No longer needs to eat, sleep, etc.
- Summon From Beyond - Can call any other ghost to appear on lot.
- Create Mortal Form - Probably highest rank, they can transition from ghost to solid sim at will.
Possible Weaknesses:
- Night Wraith - Looses all powers during the day.
- Eternally Bound - Feels uncomfortable if not on home lot.
- Deathly Aurora - Starts all relationships in the negative.
- Cursed - Things tend to break around them.

I love this post and the ideas that agree with this post! They should definitely do this especially since Halloween is coming up. They should throw in a haunted house where our kids and up could attend by purchasing a ticket like the sims 3.
I also would like(what the sim gurus talked about when going over this GP): ghost hunter freelance career, Séance table, Spirit board, psychic freelance career, grim reaper freelance career, and haunted house lot trait.

If there was only one more TS4 pack to be released and I was to choose which one, it’d be Happy Haunts.
Now that I’m thinking about it, I’d really love an entire stand alone Sims game dedicated to the fantastic and the occult. Worlds with dark woods, haunted Victorian towns, horses and carriages, Lovecraftian weirdness...and true fear!! In an all open world...
A Happy Haunts Sims stand alone game would most likely work better. It could have a full large Spiritual World that's like Heaven/Olympics &
Hell/Hades. The Sims could be Spirits, Angels, Demons, Mythology gods & goddesses. There could be a secondary world where the human Sims could call upon the Spiritual Sims.

Maybe a magical instrument like harp that could soothe or besiege the sim. It would also be good to have some unique interaction between the different occults and new ways to erase negative magical effects by hiring a spellcaster or other occult to solve problems and a punishment system for naughty occults like an occult police.
