If you got to pick 5 packs for TS4, what would they be?

Since nobody knows what simmers want like actual simmers, I'd figured it'd be fun to make a post like this! Try and at least have 1 of each pack at least (SP, GP, EP) I'll start:

Get To School (EP)- Focusing on teens and children in school. Follow them in, help them succeed or allow them to cause trouble. Go to classes, make friends, go on field trips, participate in school projects, become student body president or the school bully. Also this EP would allow a new business, Daycare/preschool where your sim can hire other sims to help them care for kids of all ages while their parents are at work. Either buy your own daycare center or run an in-home one (Not as profitable) new traits would be studious, rebellious, nurturer. Lot's of clothes and hair for toddlers and children

True love (GP, couldn't think of a better name lol)- completely focuses on bringing an improved chemistry system from TS2. Sim's can decide who they are attracted to, what gender/s they prefer. Get asked out on dates, attend match-making events. Turn-on/offs, a ton more random encounters/drama that can happen with people you're dating, friends, etc. Make relationships more interesting. New traits would be in-decisive, Gossiper. This pack would feature a lot more makeup, piercings, tattoos and accessories.

Everyday Life (SP) The game needs more options for pjs, swimsuits, workout attire etc. So the clothing would be spread out throughout those, in all age groups. Objects would be more variety of typical every-day objects (Counters, artwork, cribs, fridges etc.)

Music Mogul (EP) a bit in the realm of Get Famous, but entirely focused on the music side. Join a band by searching online or holding auditions, or just gather some of your pals and see if you can make it. Or try and make it as a solo singer. New venues include a recording studio and a theater/concert hall for performing. You'd have to start at the bottom though, finding random events to perform at like bday parties or posting your bands videos to Simstagram. Clothing to "fit" most music genre's.

Do Something!(GP)- A "hobbies" type pack. With three new skills/things to master, each would come with it's own career. Make-up Artistry (Comes with a make-over chair), Animal Training and event hosting. Become the town's best makeup artist, transforming even the most seemingly helpless townies, or practice creating beautiful parties and ceremonies for your prestigious clients, will you live up to the most elite's standards? People come to you feeling hopeless, their pets un-trained and destroying their house and their lives, teach lessons at their home, or for a bigger price, have the animal stay at your home until it learns the skills necessary to being a well-behaved member of the family. New traits would include, Beauty Guru, animal whisperer, and Natural Coordinator.

I would love to see a farming pack too- I just thought I'd throw a few others out there that I've been thinking about for awhile. What packs would you make?

    Oooo I LOVE this! :)

I would want (in no particular order)

A generations type pack where individual life states are focused on more to make them feel like their actual ages. I'm willing to go extra light on toddlers and young adults as I feel like they have the most already. I feel like Teens, followed by elders, then adults, kids need the most. Also babies, although I really hope they are just updated in a free pack.

A romance pack, that would focus on more couples being able to do stuff. Slow dancing, more date activties, snuggling, weddings where you can have bachelor/ette parties, pick your wedding parties, (maid of honor, best man, etc) and a honeymoon destination

Theme park- rides, entertainment (circus like), basically what I wish the Star Wars pack had been. LOL

Farming pack- Would have a new world with rural focus. Cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, a few extra crops like corn, pumpkins, rice. Maybe a tractor where you can have hay rides.

Finally a hobbies pack that focused on some sports, some crafting, and some knowledge type hobbies.

    1. Sports
    2. Relationships
    3. Country living/farming.
    4. A 60’s/70’s/80’s pack.
    5. Vehicles

All EP’s. I can’t stand the whole pack hierarchy system and I’d prefer not to have GP’s, SP’s, or any other P’s.

1 EP - Farming. I am dying for a country-like world with cows, chickens and pigs.
2 GP - Winter Resort. Hot cocoa, skiing, sledding, all that fun stuff.
3 SP - Affection - a stuff pack filled with interactions BETWEEN SIMS. No CAS, no Build/Buy, just interactions. That's all I ask. More types of hugging, kissing, playing together, holding hands, dancing together, etc. All non-romantical interactions should be available for sims of all ages.
4 EP - Into the past (maybe three locations from different time periods, preferably not farther then the 19th century).
5 Preferably not as a pack but... babies. Yeah. Give us more things to do with them, PLEASE.

More activities for kids and teens (After school and extra curricular activities, maybe even things like ballet, baseball, school clubs, band, etc.)
Romance pack (Cuddling, slow dancing, just more intimate and fuzzy interactions to make couples of every age feel more real. Bonus if the special cutscenes for first woohoo's, first kiss, and etc. came back! Could have more formal/party attire, more casual clothing, hairstyles, maybe even more racy things like more lingerie types and such. )
Winter world that could be both a vacation world and a world for sims to just fully live in. Activities like skiing, snowboarding, the usual.)
    Singer/Band pack
    Happy Haunts
    Werewolves
    Fairies
Amusement park world, Water park world, or something similar.
Dancer/Ballet Career, maybe even make the Dance skill cap at 10 instead of 5, unlocking various dances, depending on your route/path

Wedding and honeymoon pack with close dancing, wedding veils and other attire, bridesmaids, a best man, more romantic interactions, an improved wedding ceremony, hired photographer with options for large multi-age group photos, a sit-down meal option with toasts, opening the wedding gifts and a new vacation destination for the honeymoon. Plus the option to look through the wedding photo album later and reminisce.

GTW2 with three more hands-on careers. One would be running a daycare from home or a purchased daycare centre, looking after toddlers and taking care of their needs with before and after school options for kids. Including new things to do with them like teaching baking, play dough, finger painting etc and they can take the result back home to mum and dad. New toys like a play garage, trike, Wendy House. See-saw for kids. Toddler swing.

Farming pack with crops, tractor/combine harvester, pigs, sheep, cows, chickens, butter churning, jam making, milking, egg collecting, recipes needing additional items to make - like bread would need wheat etc and a blender for juices.

An amusement park pack with rides, items to win at stalls, arcades, hotels to stay in (with the option to run your own hotel), new foods like candy floss, doughnuts, toffee apples etc.

A fantasy pack with fairies, elves, genies and dwarves, set in a medieval world with plenty of clothing options and build buy, furnaces, blacksmiths, carpenters, stone masons and horses, with the option to ditch the mobile phone.

Trying to be realistic about how much content you get in a single TS4 pack I would like a pack focused on each of:

    - Werewolves
    - Happy Haunts as a GP
    - winter vacation pack with mountains and skiing
    - Generations with imaginary friends back
    - Medieval world with dragons and a royal family

I already said 5 packs but in addition I would like:

    - a pack for fairies.
    - a space exploration pack with alien improvements.
    - an underwater world for mermaids.
    - world adventures type pack.

    - Generations: Every life stage overhaul with the basics we have been waiting on for years + preteens and babies freed

    - School: Active class for teens and children, high school drama and cliques, school activities such as school plays (better than fail acting career please) football and cheerleading and new games for kids to play together during recess

    - Romance/date pack: Expanded relationship options, turn on/turn offs, romance interactions, slow dancing, new locations to go on dates such as taking dates out in your new car to a romantic location over looking the city or to an old fashion drive in theater, new objects to place on community lots, pool table, love tester, photo booth, picnic basket and Mrs Crummplebottom (actual unique npc not just a Sim with her name)

    - Bands: Create your own band with up to 5 Sims of your own (no forced townies) with a system like clubs but more advanced pick genre of music outfits which instrument each Sim plays or which Sim is singer. New instruments drums, saxophone, bass and include all instruments already in game. Multiple stage options in different sizes will your Sim play at a local bar or club or in a concert hall.

    - Hobbies: Skate boarding, surfing, rock climbing, karate, ballet, auto repair, soccer
Sims 4 went from "You Rule" to "One of the stories we want you to tell"

I thought for a while and I only have three that I want bad. I want to see more packs than these three but not feeling super passionate about them.
    1. Relationships - likes and dislikes, better romance, better hate
    2. Generations - with fleshed out gameplay for all ages
    3. Equestrian - to have your own horse and ride it!
    4. Time travel to medieval times - saw this mentioned and yeah
    5. Murder mystery on a yacht holiday - this is my own idea

EP - Fantasy Creatures - I made a thread about this the other day but have decided that it needs the scope of an EP even though I said GP before. This pack would feature a series of fantasy creatures and would have a Greek mythology feel. There would be some thematic CAS and build/buy items but not too much because the focus would be on the creatures. Each pet would have their own abilities and could be trained by their household.

EP - Back to the Past - medieval EP. There would be a medieval world where modern tech doesn't work, lots of medieval items and CAS. There would be swordplay and archery, the ability to write books with pen and paper and medieval musical instruments. The pack would also come with a royalty-themed career.

GP - Dragons - I love dragons so much I had to give them their own pack. This pack would have a true fantasy theme, with dragons as superior pets who can be raised from the egg. They would be the size of a cat as a hatchling, then as an adult they could be trained for riding. There would be different kinds of dragons. Some could breath fire, others spit acid or ice. Sims could bond with "their" dragon and build them a cave for their treasure. There would be a new skill - Dragon Riding. I've already put medieval stuff in the previous idea so let's go with another of my favourite eras, the Regency period, for this one, as per the Temeraire novels - Empire-waisted gowns, and Napoleonic uniforms for the clothing.

GP - Happy Haunts - all the stuff from the community pack survey. The pack would have a Gothic vibe. D

SP - Hobby Stuff - this would basically be about activities. This would be a good pack to bring back the pottery wheel, small microscopes and telescopes. This time the focus would be items and not CAS and build/buy mode because we already have loads of that.
Better to reign in Hell, than serve in Heaven.

Medieval/ farm animal EP where farm animals can be bred, and used for products, meat, eggs, milk, wool etc.( should include chickens, cows, pigs, horses, llamas, goats, rabbits, ducks, turkeys, and geese). I would also like to see a sewing machine ( that utilizes a color wheel, patterns, textures etc.), butter churn, mills, carts for horses, ploughs and canning station. New plants such as cotton ( for clothing along with wool), corn, hay. oats, and wheat.

Romance/wedding EP with wedding dresses, veils, bouquets etc. wedding showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties. More romantic interactions ( spooning, cuddling in bed, slow dancing, picnics with interactions, bear rug with interactions. playing foostsie at the table. This pack should include a hotel lot you can use in vacations worlds and regular worlds. And it should in include about 3 small vacation worlds, winter, tropical, and a cruise ship and casino stuff. wedding planner career.

A generations EP with trikes, bikes and skateboards for toddlers, children and teens, after school activities you can actually see, not rabbit holes, ( like dance, karate, etc.), bingo ( for YA up), and canes for elders. Newspapers and newspaper person as a new part time job, magazines that can add new traits, or change traits. Maybe a toy maker career/hobby with new toys that can be made. Tree houses for children, dress up for children and toddlers. Family volleyball. Arcades games, Catch with a baseball and mitt ( love to see my pro ball player be able to play catch eith a son or daughter).

Transportation pack with vehicles, and other transportation, subways, buses, taxied, trains, etc. with a mechanic skill, gas station/carwash/fast food lot. Careers such as bus driver, subway worker train engineers

Amusement park EP with rides, animals for zoos, and marine animals., snow cones, candy apples, popcorn etc. shops. souvineer shop, and games. Zookeeper career,

Any kind of pack with new active careers like in get to work with work places and goals.

What a cool thread, and cool ideas! (I honestly think some of the ideas I've come across here are better than some of the actual expansions we've gotten over the years, but let's not get into that right now.)

Here are a few things I'd like to see (in no particular order):

Prehistoric Living: Sim explorers have discovered a long-lost island with still living dinosaurs, and a tribe of people who have been cut off from modern civilisation for thousands of years. Not a vacation world, sims can move there and learn about the culture of the indigenous tribe as well as the dangers that come with living in the wilderness. (Right now I'm using Sulani's volcano neighbourhood for this purpose, but with the volcano being decoration and no actual dinosaurs, it's just not the same.) If dinosaurs are too prehistoric even for a pack like this (or not fantastic enough), I could accept dragons instead, but still prefer dinosaurs.

Winter Wonderland: A big winter world where it's always cold and snowy, that would have been perfect to include in Seasons, but never mind. One special attraction, besides the obvious winter activities, could be a hidden ice cave where a yeti lives that you can befriend. Again, I don't want this to be a vacation world, at least not exclusively! My sims have to be able to live there, as an alternative to the many warm home worlds we already have (Oasis Springs, Del Sol Valley, StrangerVille, Sulani, and possibly the Lost Island, if my Prehistoric Living dreams ever come true).

Happy Haunts: Even though I voted for it in the poll for the second community stuff pack, a part of me is glad it didn't win, because a stuff pack couldn't have included all the awesome ideas that were proposed. I'd gladly take it as a game pack instead. Oh, and I'd like it even more if it also added zodiac signs and somehow worked them into the fortune-telling feature, among other things.

Werewolves: Some people have suggested including them in Happy Haunts, but I think that pack should focus on ghosts and improve those. If we ever get werewolves, I want them to be able to transform into full-blown controllable animals, not those weird hairy hybrids that TS2 had. There could be some compatibility with Cats & Dogs as well as Vampires, seeing as the latter are often depicted as the natural enemies of werewolves (or maybe it's just Twilight that depicts them that way, I have to admit I don't watch or read a lot of werewolf fiction). But yeah, another occult would be great.

Disney Princesses Stuff Pack: The Sims 4 is so keen on collaborating with brands, it might as well give me something I want for once. Granted, I already have most of the Frozen dresses as cc anyway, but there are many more princesses out there, and it's hard to find fitting fanmade dresses, accessories, and hairstyles that are neither glitchy nor look out of place. As for what the gameplay object could be, I don't really have an idea, but instead of a specific object, we could get a royalty system perhaps? Might be too much for a stuff pack, but I wouldn't be opposed to a GP either. (That's my favourite kind of pack anyway.)

    1. Sims 4 - Winter Retreat (GP)
Escape the hectic city life for a world of year round snow, enjoy marshmallows by the fire in the Chalet or wrap up warm to face the elements with brand new activities like Ice Fishing, Sledding, and Ice Skating! Repair the broken ski lift and ride it up to the top of the mountain and who knows what you might find living up there...

    2. Sims 4 - World Adventures (EP) (But I'm expecting vacation worlds to be gps)
Explore the world, from the pyramids of Simhara, to the bustling streets of Champs de Sims to the mysterious gardens of Sakura Falls. Who knows what secrets you might uncover...

    3. Sims 4 - Fairy Folk (GP)
In Elven Forest, expect the unordinary. From the weird pink hue that lights the forest, to the strange inhabitants who've built their community within its trees. Find your path to becoming an elite fae, but trust no-one along the way.

    4. Sims 4 - Werewolves (GP)
The inhabitants of the small town of Lockdale may seem normal, but beyond the surface the town has a dark secret.

    5. Sims 4 - Farming Stuff (SP)
Dreaming of a simple life? With the Sims 4, Farming Stuff you can start your own farm with new animals like chickens, pigs and cows to care for and raise!
