Missing Plumbob lamp :(

I noticed that I am missing the pink plumbob lamp which gives a flirty moodlet in my game although you are meant to have it if you own the TS3 Late Nights EP which I do have.

I was confused so I checked my origin and saw that Late Nights is not listed under my TS3 EPs.

I used to play TS3 on a different computer so I looked on there and although Late Nights is obviously also not listed on Origin there as one of my owned TS3 EPs (same origin account), it is installed on that computer (I own it as a disk) and when I boot up TS3 it shows on the screen which asks you to pick which packs you want to use.

I want to get Origin to acknowledge that I own Late Nights so that I can have the flirty plumbob lamp in TS4.

I tried redeeming the code for my late nights pack in origin but it said it had already been redeemed. I can't think of any other way to get the pack to show on Origin. Any ideas?

If you contact customer support, and give them your information they can resolve this for you.

Thank you @LaBlue0314 I will do that just hoped there might be an easy way to do it myself in Origin but oh well!

I would be curious if this works. I would appreciate it. I have all the EPs for 3 on disks, but Origin does not recognize them so I do not have the bonuses in 4.

@Calico45 yes it did work the problem turned out to be that the pack was registered on a different origin account and I had forgotten about that. They were able to recover the account and then to transfer the pack to my current origin account.

don't have any of them cause i mistakenly made new acc for origin when i got ts4 cause origin was misbehaving and now i got my ts3 (all ep) and ts4 on separate accounts for no real reason makes me annoyed

@Simmingal if you contact customer services they can move your TS3 packs from your old account to your new account. I did that.
