A Build Based on a Trait

This idea popped into my head earlier this week and I thought I’d share it with you all.
Creating a residential or commercial lot solely based/themed on one trait.
For example, angler – building a residential lake house or building a commercial fish market.
I am thinking of trying to tackle some of traits and would love for you guys to participate, create and share as well!!
Some traits are easier to translate than others, so below I have listed traits I assumed would be the easiest to translate into a themed build. By all means, if you come across a trait not listed and you want to give it a whirl, you’re braver than I.
