Loading screen loop

Is there a problem with the game? Because whenever I try to save or travel or anything that involves the load screen it just keeps going with the load screen or the save screen.. It only started happening tonight.. All my mods are up to date... :( :(

Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop.
Delete the cache files
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues.

Hello thank you.. But it is still doing it after I've put the mod folder back in. It's only started since I moved my main sim into an apartment.
I've removed cc that was broken ect.. Still my game doesn't make it past the loading screen in-game or the save screen.

What I don't understand is that my game was working perfectly before last night and this morning :'( This is really stressing me out.. :'(
